"Your service is good. Your help chat is excellent. Your online interface for ordering is not so great (complicated to navigate) and you don't have enough choices of colors on the models I was interested in. These are very inexpensive glasses with excellent optical quality for the price. I do break the glasses I order from you fairly frequently because they are not the most solidly constructed frames. However, that is something I expect in a low cost pair of glasses. The problem is that when I want to order a replacement pair, you are often either out of stock in the color I like or you have discontinued or changed the style altogether. I would like more availability and consistency. On a positive note, over the past couple of years you have expanded your choices and made many models available with a faster delivery time."
