When my daughter wanted to exchange her first pair, they generously offered to send a new pair and suggested we keep or donate the original. Despite the pairs looking similar to me, my daughter insisted they were different. Overall, I'm content, though direct insurance acceptance would alleviate the hassle of claiming back the money from my insurance company."

"I am not sure if I am rating myself or Goggles 4U. The chat staff is unbelievably kind and helpful after explaining to me that I messed up on all three pairs of glasses that I ordered. I have not yet received the pair that we agreed on to straighten out my order . These were supposedly my errors so u do not make the same. 1. My first pair was so great that I got hooked on the pricing and ordered two more pair of sorts. 2. I messed up on the sunglasses because I did not check the "tint" box. 3. I thought if u simply uploaded ur prescription that I was done. I did not know that progressive had to be checked, as my first pair was progressive and they were perfect. Thus, a pair of bifocals arrived and I was shocked.(not to mention that I have never worn bifocals.)
So...having said all of this, I am a little disappointed that my glasses have not arrived, but I will order more. I will be more careful and if in doubt use that little chat box on the lower right. I know I will rate Goggles4U a 5 on my next pair. Mail ordering eyewear is a little different but the price and service is incredible.
Buy yourself a pair or pairs and get hooked!"
