"My glassses got delivered much later than expected when I paid for express. When they weren’t shipped they just refunded the extra money for the express shipping like that satisfied their mistake that caused me to suffer. I am a tyoe2 diabetic and just had a new exam and new prescription because my eyesight has worsened. I can’t see nothing until I get close up on it. They are the exact same prescription of the last couple pair of progressive eyeglasses I’ve purchased.over the years. I would really appreciate if this could be resolved as soon as possible as I’m going on vacation at the end of the month. I’ve had several online eyeglass companies emailing and texting me deals but I stayed with goggles4u because I have been dealing with you for many years. The other places even deliver within a few days to a week. If this matter cannot be resolved I will delete my account and never do business with your company again nor recommend you to my many family and friends I have over the years."

"But the pads on the nose were a little small, and were hard plastic with almost NO flex. I bought a kit that has flexible nose pads in different sized, and replaced the hard pads. Now the glasses are comfortable.
I wish they said delivery in 30 days or air shipments are available if needed sooner."
