"I placed an order for glasses on 6/11/24 (1 month ago) and have not received them. I have had to follow up with G4U several times for updates; they did not keep me updated on the delay(s). I finally called, only to be told that there was a delay with no explanation of why and that the shipping cost will be refunded. I have yet to receive an update on the actual completion and shipping of the glasses. By the time I receive them, I may need a new prescription which will make these obsolete."
