"Groupon deals are OK Groupon customer service is terrible. I was trying to use a Groupon deal and there was confusion. So I went to Groupon customer service and first went on the chat line. After the agent came online introduced himself. Asked me to describe my issue. I spent five minutes with a detailed text so my issue was clear. He responded hold on a second. And never came back. My next attempt was with a phone call. The agent called me back could not understand English and I could not understand them. After the fourth time of trying to describe the issue I hung up. If you really want to deliver good customer service hire some people who can understand English and can speak it well enough that they can be understood"

"I've purchased from Groupon for years, never had a bad experience until a four months ago (Oct 2, 2017) when I purchased a membership for SAM's Club. I've never received the $20 gift card. I've emailed Groupon and spoken to customer service with SAM's. My emails from Groupon are always the same, we are working with SAM's Club to resolve the issue, to give them 5 business days/ This has been going on for months. When I resend an email then I receive an email back saying.. we're glad to resolve your issue. MY RESPONSE IS "MY ISSUE ISN'T RESOLVED"! In the last 2 days I received this email 3 times!!! Come On Groupon, get it together!"

"I saw a live chat regarding refund of tickets and even though I thought I wouldn't get it after reading the fine print I got a very courteous employee who directed my inquiry to a department that would give me a answer within 72 hrs. Within 45 minutes I had a full refund to my credit card with only the original inquiry. No run around!!! You can't ask for better service than that!"
