I tried to call the Groupon customer service number and was told that customer support must be done via email. I was concerned that I could not talk to one via phone. However, as soon as i sent the email request for the refund I immediately got a response that they are working on it. Several hours after the issue was resolved to my satisfaction.

"I reached out to your customer support (request #69677619)and said she understood my concerns but as of now she has not addressed my issue. I had a problem with Econopark BWI airport parking. They never honored my groupon even though it was obviously not used. I accidentally clicked the redeem link, which I know is my mistake but it should have been an easy fix. Now I am still awaiting groupons resolution. Why? This should be an easy fix, it is only a $31 issue. I had no idea that this purchase would be so difficult of an issue.
