"You can not get in touch with them nor return anything. There is no phone number or in person customer service. If you need to dispute for damage item or anything to do with return you can only email and they keep saying it his third party. They wash their hands after getting their money. Their return site has been " OVER LOAD OR NOT WORKING "every time trying to send dispute via email. I will not suggest to buy from Groupon anymore since t one can not have a way out incase of damage or disliking or any other items. Amazon and eBay is much better."

"I recently purchased a voucher for $95 only to find out that the merchant was closing down it's business, relocating somewhere else and stated that they were not honoring any of the Groupon vouchers at this new location. Although Groupon does not have a contact telephone number, I sent an email regarding this problem and they were prompt in getting back to me. We had a few emails going back and forth and they gave me the $95 Groupon Bucks to my account. I couldn't be happier about the service I received and I wanted to share this with all the Groupon customers. Forever grateful,

"Groupon sent a promotional email for services for other states, and will not give a refund for the misguided purchase. They stated that it was in the fine print and that it was non-refundable. It's not cool to send emails to my email address for great deals for services that are not in my local area. I live in California and I get emails for services from Nevada and other states. "

"I purchased 2 general admission tickets to the St Louis Auto show in 2016. Circumstances didn't allow us to use them, but the voucher clearly stated that the amount paid "will never expire"! Someone didn't tell the American Center this rule! They refused to accept the voucher to pay toward admission! So, I called Groupon. They asked me a few questions and agreed to give me a refund in Groupon Bucks. Great! (or so I thought) Turns out, there is a "discount" applied to the refund! So, I didn't get a "full" refund. Buyer Beware!"
