"I recently booked a hotel room in Niagara Falls because we were going to Buffalo, NY to watch our granddaughters in a swim meet. Well due to bad weather conditions we could not make the trip. Knowing that we missed the deadline to cancel these reservations I called the hotel to reschedule for a later date. I was told the only way I could do it was Groupon had to call and it would be up to the hotel management to change it.

"Glad I got my money back but nothing has stopped them from continuing to sell counterfeit perfume. I contacted the manufacturer and hopefully they’ll investigate and ban Groupon from selling it in the future but over all, nothing will fix my opinion on Groupon. What they did was copyright infringement, counterfeiting, and a health/safety risk. It’s unacceptable and inexcusable, and as I said the money was given back but they weren’t even the least bit concerned my product was fake until I told them I contacted the company and BBB, frankly I think they knew it was fake. And in addition to all of this it was not only broken (the removable lid didn’t stay on) it was also leaking from another area on the bottle. This disgusting business practice needs to end. Either sell the real send and verify ur source or don’t sell it."

"I had an expired groupon I gave to somebody as a gift 5 years ago, which was never used. There were no voucher information. I emailed customer service about my problem. I received reply immediately that they will contact me in 24 hours. I was pleasantly surprised to receive voucher information in less than 10 hours.
