"Waited about five minutes before I was connected to your sales clerk.
Sales agent was somewhat difficult to understand. Finally we got squared away on purchase item and costs, then waited at least 3-4 minutes to receive order confirmation number. I never did receive confirmation number as I kept telling agent that I had one then two calls waiting for me. At no avail I gave up and had to leave the line. I did receive emailed confirmation and appears order is correct.
I have been retired foy years and must admit that if the agent worked for me he would lose his employment."
