"I ordered a set of walking boot wedges on Tuesday 8/20 as I just had Achilles surgery. Order number 2145092. I needed them for Monday 8/26 next week. I paid $28 for expedited 2-3 day shipping. My order took two days to have a label generated and was picked up the 3rd day, today . I now find out from UPS that you booked for UPS ground so will take 4-5 business days to arrive. I won’t have my medical equipment in time. This is very disappointing. I know you will not do anything about this but wanted to provide my feedback regardless. It’s unlikely I will use your website again as I didn’t get the experience I had hoped for. I paid extra and feel like I got less…."

"Placed the order, Provided a copy of the Prescription from the doctor. Did not hear if they it received or its wasn't what they wanted. Finally sent an email requesting status. Said they received it and was working on shipping the order. The charged cleared my credit card. still haven't heard anything on when to expect the machine. You would think a nebulizer would be shipped right away since the person most likely would need it sooner than later. Sorry I ordered it from this company won't make the same mistake again. Thinking about canceling the order and just going to a Medical Supply store which I guess I should have done in he first place."
