"Ostomate here! Finding the products you prefer is tough, and after an extensive search - I believe I may have found a new health carrier for my supplies. I have placed a rush order being entirely out of needed supplies and having issues with the current medical supplier again on another delayed order - out of pocket again to gain the supplies they don't have and have held hostage to what is in stock due to some system glitch on their end for the ongoing necessary items I must have in stock that keep me from hospitalization. So, thank you for the stocked items and ease of use of the website! You have earned a new customer based on this alone. "Way too long between order and shipping. No email as to when items are shipped; telephone contact promised today 8/19. When I see it I will believe. When you search on an order number, the customer should not have to copy the number down so he/she can enter it into the search field; your application should do that.
I will look for an alternative source next time. "
