I was told it was on backorder with no indication of when I might receive it or a way to resolve me receiving or terminating my order. They really make this process so much easier and now a month later I still don’t have my items. "

"I found your information through a Google search. I had ordered from another company and had trouble with them telling me the product I wanted was out of stock and they took months to deliver. When they notified me that my item was out of stock I cancelled my order and found you in my search. I called and Megan was AMAZING! She suggested that I try to turn in the order with my insurance. The other company never suggested that. Megan helped me through the whole process and I was able to get the items I wanted plus a couple more since my Medicare insurance covered most of it. I am very grateful to Megan and HealthProducts for their dedication to ensuring I could get the products I needed and cover them with my insurance. Thank you for a wonderful experience!!"

"I received the incorrect product, The process to correct it has been over a full week to get a label to return. The shipping is already slow as I waited a long time to get the first delivery now have to wait longer to return. Then I ordered item I wanted and the order picture and number are still not matching. I hope the customer service agent does get it right. I am not hopeful as it has been difficult ordering from your company. "
