"Love Helzberg. Won't purchase from another jewelry store."
"I bought my husbands wedding ring from them. I had the ring sized from a 9 to a 10. The ring I bought was 10K gold. After getting married, he'd worn the ring only a couple weeks and it started deteriorating. First, the gold seemed to be soft and the shape of it slowly tuned oval. Next a couple diamonds fell out and then it cracked in two places. My husband did nothing to make this happen. He didn't even work.
We took it into the shop and with the lifetime care plan, we thought they would help us get it repaired. Nope. It was deemed unrepairable and not covered by the warranty. We then had it sent by the store to corporate to get their take on it.
We waited a couple weeks and then I started trying to get a hold of someone to see what was going on with it. I called the number they gave me three different times to try and get a response- no one. I finally emailed through **** consumer and I received a response that they were looking in to it. Two days later I replied to that email response and 3 days after that, I finally heard back but only to get a reply that they would contact me by EOD the following day. When that day came around and I did not hear back, I called them again just to get a response that they would call me back. Two days after that I finally got the call they they will not honor the warranty and replace or repair the ring.

"When you go into the store in the mall they are very friendly to get you to open up an account and after you do that and purchase something they keep billing you extra money once you pay off your loan for the jewelry they just keep sending extra balance saying you were late making false statements"

"I have extremely high expectations with customer service in every scenario. I was so impressed with the service I received from Anna and Q at the Westfield Mall Helzberg Diamond store. From my initial conversation with Anna on the telephone to the in person interaction with both Anna and Q, I was elated. I had been given a tennis bracelet as a present, and it was too big. My daughter purchased it on Long Island and I live upstate New York approximately an hour from the Westfield location. So I wouldn’t have to drive twice to New Jersey, Anna discussed with the jeweler to adjust the bracelet while I waited. This was such a help to me as it alleviated two trips, one to drop it off and two weeks later to pick it up. This was so kind of Anna and the true meaning of serving the customer. I would highly recommend any of your jewelry needs at this Helzberg location and definitely ask for Anna or Q. You will be so delighted with their kind and thoughtful approach. 100 ️ ️️ stars!!!

"Liars and Scammers! I was shopping around for a wedding ring for my wife in the mall, where there were several jewelers in one small area. Helzberg had a ring that I liked, but it didn't have the stones I wanted. They eventually won over my choice because they assured me that they could swap out 2 of the diamonds for a sapphire and tanzanite which are our birthstones. Unfortunately they FAILED to tell me that this would void my warranty, which they later sold to me. I had to find this out the hard way, after a stone fell out and we tried to get it repaired. I will never trust them again with a jewelry sale!"
"My husband recently purchased a pendant for me that is absolutely gorgeous! Catherine, the store manager was patience, knowledgeable, and very kind. My husband and I have dealt with her before and she really is a delight. Helzberg always seems to have what I like in jewelry especially when it comes to a certain type of gemstone. We will definitely be back for a visit. "
"They took my interest that accrued and put it for a minimum payment so my minimum payment was like 500 this has gone on 3 months I have had to call and argue and then this guy fixed it 2 minutes and I am getting my card paid off and not buying one more thing on this bs credit I am so disappointed "

don't buy from this store if you may like to return. My niece gave me a watch as a present on my birthday and she handled me the receipt to return if i don't like. I went with the same gift rapping intact and proper package in the 30 days return window and they were very hostile to me and didn't allow me to return the watch. worse customer service. AMAZON owned the world by it's return easily policy. "

"When we purchased my ring we also purchased a lifetime warranty. The warranty covers twice yearly inspections and any sizing or repairs. They have had my ring for about a month now. It was sent in to get a thorough cleaning and tighten up one of the channels because a diamond is loose. They received the ring back from the jeweler and the repair had not been done. Instead of my ring NOW BEING A PRIORITY because he didn't make the repair, it was put at the end and they are working on an as received basis. I am beyond frustrated at this point but I'm supposed to be nice and act as if it's no big deal. The customer service is for the birds, but that's all people can expect everywhere they go, so I guess I shouldn't expect anything better. Maybe they need to find someone else to handle the repairs."
"My fiancé and I went to several stores before we went into Helzberg. Their selection is the best and the prices are good for the exceptional jewelry. Sheyla C. (Independence, MO location) was so nice, friendly, and went out of her way to be helpful. After looking at several rings that were in our price range she got an idea of what I liked. She then showed me two rings with a lot of diamonds that fit into each other with no stone in the prongs and the moissanite stone I was really mesmerized by. She helped me build the absolute perfect ring to be pieced together and sized with the moissanite stone I wanted. The price was close to my budget and included the lifetime care plan. I even got 15% discount on everything per their sale but when you're spending a pretty penny 15% adds up. I was told it could take up to three weeks for my ring to be ready. To my surprise it was done by the next day. I picked it up and it is PERFECT! Sheyla went above and beyond to make sure I was happy and got exactly what I wanted and expected from such a nice store. It was worth every penny and then some. Some of the negative reviews on this site just don't make sense. They refer to the website which I had no trouble with and that also does not speak to the qaulity of jewelry. Also, for people complaining about their credit cards, it's your responsibility to pay on time and not Helzberg's fault. I would 100% recommend Helzberg if you want quality and beautiful engagement rings that she will love. We will absolutely be back to see Sheyla for our wedding rings."
