"I was searching through the internet when I came across a beautiful nightstand. I went ahead and bought two for my bedroom for $400 all together. I have been waiting for two nightstands for over 3 months! This is absurd! Not one email of mine have they answered!! They constantly use the Coronavirus pandemic as an excuse! Before buying it I wish I would've seen a review like this one. Don't order from here!!"

"This is the worst company I have ever dealt with.
Ordered 3 Brushed Gold shower fittings nearly 2 months ago because item was shown as in stock in their UK website Order #21200033189 2.
I only found out 2 items weren't in stock until only 1 item turned up.
What followed was nearly a month of pathetic lies and excuses and the most ignorant and idiotic customer service I have ever witnessed.
Nearly two months later I have not received any money back and have had to call my credit card as they are now ignoring me.
Please I do not want anyone else to suffer as I have, avoid this company at all costs!"

"I fell in love with the desk the moment I saw it. I was looking for something contemporary. This fit the bill. I was very reluctant though to purchase from this website because I had never heard of them and the website said that the shipping could take from 5 to 8 weeks. I was not crazy about that but I searched high and low to find another desk that would even compare to this one and I could not find one. I decided to go ahead and purchase it and if I had to wait 8 weeks for delivery, that would be something I could deal with because, like I said, I could not find another desk as beautiful as this one.
Well, let me tell you, I ordered it on Thursday, March 4th and it was delivered on Friday, March 12th. :) They sent me the tracking number on March 6th and kept me up to date constantly. I was very pleased. The delivery came in 3 boxes. The desk top with the side wood leg in one box. The metal piece under the desk in another and the drawer in the third box. Everything was packed well. No directions. It was pretty self-explanatory though. Very easy to assemble. The only thing that I found to be odd was the metal piece under the desk did not have any pre-drilled holes in the wood top (the other side with the wood leg had pre-drilled holes). It was not a problem though and I don’t know if they were not there intentionally so the buyer can place the metal piece where they want. Worked out perfect for me.
I love the desk. It is very pretty and very sturdy. The desk top is very heavy and is a solid one and a half inch thick piece of wood.
I love it and will be purchasing again from this company. "
"I ordered a waterfall tub faucet and two white & chrome sink faucets. Both are excellent quality. Unfortunately I returned the tub faucet as it did not fit our new tub. The sink faucets were delayed but we had time as remodel doesn't start for another month. I anticipate the sink faucets will be the show stopper pieces of this remodel. My experience with customer service was very good, but I did keep on top of my order status through regular email communications."

"i purchased a sofa from this company on Janauray 16th. Website says products will be shipped within 2-3 days. i reached out again 2 weeks later wondering why my order still said processing. i have reached out to this company 5 times and everytime i got the same exact response. it would take another 5-8 weeks every single time they respond. i continue to ask when is my order going to ship? and why hasn't it shipped yet. $40 compensation is all they can offer for my empty living room and 8 weeks of waste time. I have now been waiting 9 weeks and the only update they can give me is it will take another 5-8 weeks but they can not give me an exact shipping time because it depends on international freight company. How can my sofa still be in the warehouse after 9 weeks. Has there been no shipping in 9 weeks? none of my questions get answered all i get is automated responses.At this point the company is a scam who stole my money and delivered nothing in exchange. WHY IS MY SOFA STILL IN THE WAREHOUSE AFTER 8 WEEKS. There is no way possible there hasn't been a shipping freight in 8 weeks."
"I do know the mistakes are made by every company, the rating of a bad or good company is tested by how well they deal with mistakes. This company is appalling.
I ordered a particular bathroom tap that arrived wrong. They agreed a mistake had been made but wants me to sort out all the paper work and arrange the return to China, and pay for the return.
When I placed the order I was under the impression I would be dealing with a company in the UK as they were quoting a UK phone number. Nowhere on their web site does it even hint that you are dealing with a company outside of the UK. I informed them of the normal procedure for returning an incorrect item in the UK.... NO RESPONSE after that and will not answer emails.
If they bother to respond to this review I am sure they will say something like "We are so sorry for the mistake, our customers are of paramount important to us, please get in contact so we may sort out your problem.""

Had to raise claims with my amex after returning an item and not receiving the refund . Kept receiving mails saying provide proof of postage which i did twice , proving that they signed for the return. as i posted with signatures required.
Do yourselves a big favourite and avoid this company "
