"I had a glitch receiving one of the items I had originally ordered. When i realized that the item was not coming because of the length of time I had waited, I called and emailed about my inquiry. I was IMMEDIATELY contacted by Spencer at Homeclick who was more than helpful! Not only did they refund my money for the item not sent but were very helpful in getting me answers to why it wasn't sent and then on top of that, they sent me a $50 gift card. They followed up with emails to make sure I had been given credit as well as the gift card. My husband who is a business owner replied "now that is the way to run a company". He was very impressed with all the follow-up and we were blessed that there are still companies out there who go above and beyond!

However, the item I ordered was listed on the website as made in the USA, when I received the item it had made in China stamped all over it and the box it came in. "I ordered a desk on January 7 said it would ship 5-7 days , waited and it did not come, called and said it was backordered and would ship in about a week. Received an e-mail stating that it was not available for 3 weeks. As I was about to cancel the order I received an e-mail stating that the item had shipped on February 4 and would be here on the 11th of February, it never arrived, so I called and they said that the e-mail was a mistake and it would not ship until February 14 . After writing the review I was immediately contacted by the customer service and was explained about outside vendors and that the store had no control over the shipping from outside vendors. I received a personal phone call and spoke with customer service that seems very sincere about pleasing their customers. I will give them another try. "

I found their prices were better than the competition, but their initial shipping estimates were inaccurate, spencer's shipping estimates were excellent and he was able to deliver the items early. "

"I did not receive my order and when I called to prompt a status update the rep indicated that should would call the manufacture to verify it would ship on time and I never received a call back for 2 days. I finally called to check again and when the rep verified it was on backorder for an additional 2 1/2 months. The real issue is they tie up your money the entire time for the purchase and the refund process is lengthy even though they know you cancel due to unavailability of the item very disappointed. I will say that after providing my review that HomeClick immediately contacted me to help resolve my issue and has taken many steps to correct the process that I had experienced. I will reconsider purchasing from them as I feel it may not be a reflection of their true service."
" I ordered 3 Toto toilets on 12/5/12 which were delivered 12/26/12. Shipping was slower than expected, but it was free and I was not in any hurry.
The price after applying the promo code was the best I found while shopping out this purchase. They carry a broad selection of products and models so I was able to find all the features I wanted. The promos and sales they offer are good.
Two delivered by freight truck arrived in great shape. One delivered by FedEx arrived with a shattered tank lid. HomeClick is sending me a replacement lid no charge. I do appreciate that.
One issue I had with this purchase was that the shipping info sent to me for the freight shipment was incorrect and I was not able to track the shipment. This was inconvenient as it was due to arrive sometime during the holidays and I needed to make arrangements for someone to be here to receive and sign for it. I called customer service AND emailed HomeClick asking for the correct shipping info, but did not get a response. I attribute this lack of follow through to the holidays and will give them the benefit of the doubt (this time).
I will shop with HomeClick again, in fact, I already have.
