"I placed several orders with HomeClick and was overall satisfied with them: product always comes well packed and mostly on time. Until I ordered TOTO ABY782P Clayton 60" x 32" Soaker Tile in with 3 Flange Drain and Left Drain bathtub... It was back-ordered and it took 10 days longer for them to ship it than they promised. But I understand, things are not always under their control, and if the factory delayed their order they have to delay sending it to their customers, I have no problem with that. The problem I have is what seems to be very unclear, if not deceiving, description of the product. When I unpacked the tub I was very surprised to discover that it came without a Grab bar. The page for this product has a picture of the tub with the Grab Bar. If you open Specification PDF file attached to the page it clearly lists the Grab bar as one of the features. Nowhere on the page the Grab Bar is listed as optional and I expected it to be included. So I called the customer service and was told that I had to pay extra for it....Next time I order something from HomeClick I will have to call their customer service and ask dozens of questions about what is included and what I will have to pay extra for.

Update: I posted my review on weekend, and literally on Monday I received an Email from Spencer who works in HomeClick Service Department. He understood my issue, and could see how one can wrongly assume that the tub comes with the grab bar. He apologized for that and promised that the page for the listing would be fixed soon. And I am happy to report that two days later the page was updated and there is no more confusion there.I am increasing my rating because I really think that Spencer, and all folks at Homeclick really care, and doing their best to keep the customers happy, they resolved my issue, and if somebody else is not happy, I would advise to get in touch with their customer service department, and they will make it right.

"Incredibly bad experience with Homeclick. Do not trust their lead time or delivery estimates. Customer service was simply awful. No one takes responsibility for the obviously poor internal controls (or lack of) within the company. Unless you have months to wait for your product I would shop elsewhere. There are many other websites offering the same products. Homeclick may offer a better price but you do get what you pay for."

"I purchased a very expensive coffee table from HomeClick.com it arrived on November 18th but because my office was still under construction I stored the package in my neighbor's office until last Friday. When I opened the package in noticed that ALL parts were damaged. I called HomeClik's customer care immediately. it was 1:30 p.m. on Friday. The person who took the call told me that she was the overflow for the real customer care and that all she could do was to leave a voice mail for the real customer care to call me back. I was shocked that they close office so early. Needless to say that I left my information and asked her to mark it urgent. But as I had suspected NO ONE called me back. So I called Yesterday (Monday 17th of Dec.) and spoke to customer service. She asked me to forward photos of the damage. before I got a chance to forward photos, someone that i assume was a manager emailed me to say that they will not be willing to do anything about this item and that the damage or no damage I am stock with the product. I find this incredibly irresponsible and rude. HomeClick is a bad organization. I am cancelling the rest of my orders with them and will NEVER EVER buy anything from them again. This will be the topic of my discussion with everyone I know. Shame on you HomeClick.

Today, I was pleasantly surprised when I was contacted by HomeClick. They agreed to refund my full purchase price for the damaged coffee table and allowed me to donate the damaged unit to a charity (I will donate it to Goodwill)instead of wasting money on return shipment. Furthermore, they helped me with another purchase I made with them and missed its delivery. They will have the freight company make a second attempt to deliver it free of charge to me. More importantly the person that I spoke to was very kind, understanding, and genuinely tried to mend things and make me happy. I guess I rushed to a conclusion. They acted like a first class company. I guess I will keep buying from them after all.

"I ordered a Toto Drake CST454CUFG toilet on 11/25/12 and the shipping notice came 15 days later on 12/10/12. I finally received the item yesterday, 12/15/12, via Fedex. I must say that I was hesitant on ordering from Home Click at first because of the bad reviews. However, they were much cheaper than other online retailers and they don't charge tax in CA. I didn't have a deadline for this project so I didn't mind the long wait. There is indeed a statement on their website that says orders normally take 2 to 3 weeks but nevertheless, I just wish that Home Click had sent me a few notices by email/phone within that 2-week wait period. With each day that passed, I feared more and more that I got scammed.

Other than that, I'm very satisfied with this purchase. The item was in great condition and I saved over $50. I will definitely buy from Home Click again in the future.

"I recently wrote a review that I was dissatisfied with my experience / service at HomeClick. I am pleased to now be able to revise that review. Once the problem of the order was discovered, which was not the fault of HomeClick but rather the trucking company, their customer service department quickly got on top of my order and promptly assured me my order would arrive as soon as possible. Since I ordered a trampoline, you can't ship something that large overnight but I am confident my order is on it's way. I want to thank Steve who took my initial call and a special thank you to Spencer who tracked down my order and kept me well informed. I believe I acted hastely with my negative comments - I realize it is best to get the whole story before reacting. I am a happy customer of HomeClick's and would definately order from this company again. Their customer service is top notch."

"We ordered this pub table and description specifically states that there are pool cue notches. I called and spoke to a customer service rep to confirm and she stated the table does have pool cue notches. We received the table and it does NOT have the notches. The company immediately contacted me to try and make this right. Unfortunately the manufacturer no longer makes the table with notches. They apologized for the misrepresentation and will change the product description. They have credited me part of the price and sent us a GC. We will probably shop their again."

"The order process was easy. The glass hotel shelf I ordered was estimated to arrive about a month after my order. They did not charge my credit card until it shipped. It arrived a few days before they had originally estimated. One improvement would be to send a follow-up email when my credit card was charged and the order shipped. I had to find the original email and go to the order status page to verify."
