I found HomeClick by accident after returning the one I ordered from Amazon.com. Amazon's packaging was terrible and I had to return it even before I open the tank's box because I peeked inside from the handle hole, the tank was broken. It took Amazon 8 days for the product to arrive. Both Amazon and HomeClick offered free shipment!

"Ordered towel racks and light fixture. I received all the items sooner than expected. The towel racks were in one box and the light fixter in another. Both boxes were worn like they were recycled and were beat up. The box with the light fixture looked preganant and didn't fit the fixture and a cut piece of card board was taped to span the gap of the flaps. The towel racks were fine, but the light fixter has several scratches. I filled out the RA request. A representative emailed me the next day asking for pictures. So I sent them the following day. The response was that they would contact me within 1-2 days. 4 days later, I emailed asking what the status was since I hadn't heard from anyone. We are now at 7 days and I still haven't heard from anyone."
"I wanted a matteress pad just like the one I already had on my king size bed. It is worn out from several years of use and washings. I was able to locate the exact same pad online by using the info off of the tag on my old one. I just happened to go to the computer on a night when a special 1/2 price til midnight that night was going on. How Lucky!! My daughter needed a queen size as well so I ordered both. They have arrived and are exactly the same. Even still made here in Nebraska! What a great deal!! I am so happy with ease of ordering and swiftness of shipping. "
"Just ghastly. We ordered a Toto toilet on Labor Day weekend. The credit card was, of course, charged immediately. We waited 8 hours on the day of delivery (toilet broken). Another was shipped; another 8 hour day; another broken toilet. Another was shipped, but we didn't have to wait 8 hours because the handler called the night before to tell us the toilet was broken. That's a month of holding our money and two work days waiting with no delivery in sight. They offered another 10% off to try yet again, but they didn't offer much hope. I paid a $100 more locally, but amazingly I got a toilet that wasn't broken."

"This place has the worst customer service. There' s no follow up on orders. II ordered a table on 8/28 and was told it would ship on 09/18. On 09/14 my credit card was charged and i figured I would get it before the end of the month. On October 1st I called to get an update and nobody could tell me and they said they would send me an email. I got an email 3 hours later saying my order was cancelled because of a restriction. I called and they told me the product was no longer available. If I hadn't called then I wonder how long it would have taken then to tell me the product was no longer available. In the meantime they charged my credit card and I waited 1 month for nothing."
