"I ordered a Weber Bar-B-Q and paid for expidited shipping. It took 1 month for the Bar-B-Q to arrive, and the accessories that I ordered were not shipped. I was told several times that I would be refunded for the expidited shipping and the accessories. Almost month has passed and still no refund. They truely have NO customer service. Never again will I purchase anything from them. Seems like a good deal until they rip you off."
"I don't know who this very helpful Joe was in the other reviews but I never spoke to anyone like that. Stay away, I mean don't even attempt to try ordering from this site. I ordered an air conditioner end of May. They charge your card instantly. You get a confirmation email a day or two later. Two weeks goes by, no email. I call, "Aahhh, yeah that will ship on the 13th or 14th of June.". Ok, 13&14 come and go no email. Call again, "Ahhh, I will get you the tracking number via email.". I get the email, huh, tracking number for FedEx is no good. Call back, "Uh, takes a day or two to show up in their system.". Check two days later, doesn't work. Call again. "Uh, takes a couple days to get in the system". Yeah, heard that, refund my card. Uh, ok. Two more days go by. Nothing on my card. Call yet again, I am like five weeks into this and no product and the card was billed, "We will get you an email for your refund.". Finally, recieve a refund on June 15.

We purchased a high end Weber grill and Home Everything had the best price in the country (especially factoring in the free shipping and no tax). Although the shipping was delayed a couple weeks, my husband had several positive experiences with Joe by email and telephone and decided to give them one more week. "Please do not order from this site. I placed an order on May 20th, 2011 and they charged my card 2 days later. I never received my order. I emailed and called and received nothing but excuses and told to just wait until next week and my order would come. After waiting over a month listening to different excuses about my order I finally asked them to cancel my order. My order was cancelled on June 27th and I am still waiting for my money to be refunded. This has been a very stressful experience. Just buy your grill at Lowes or Ace Hardware...it's not worth saving a little money to deal with this company's poor service and then to have to assemble the grill yourself!!!"
"I had/am having a horrible experience with HomeEverything. I called to confirm that they had the products I wanted in stock so that they would hopefully be delivered promptly. I was told they were and was convinced to order then. I opted for the warranties (I heard the dryer I ordered had some potential issues).
Long story short, every time I called, it was at least 15 minutes waiting. If I called an extension, it always went to voicemail and my messages were not returned. Emails to their support or sales people were never completely answered.
Delivery was consistently pushed back. It took 6 and a half weeks to receive the items. I was offered the warranties for free after the hassle, but I haven't received warranty docs or the refund. I was told the warranty docs will be sent 60-90 days after date of purchase to ensure that the items have arrived."
"I emailed them a week ago and they said my order was going out this week. A week came and went and my order was not shipped out. Now on the website it's listing as going out late next week. Our dehumidifier broke, so I ordered one through them. Three weeks before it even ships out (if it ships out by then) is a long wait. I wish I would have known that before ordering. I should also add that they charged me the day I ordered. Most companies will not charge you until they actually ship the product. So I am paying on a product I have not yet received. I would have paid more to have it sooner from someone else. Thinking of canceling order."
"I will never do business with them. Nice web-site. Easy to order, but that is where it stops.
As you read please keep in mind the appliances ordered were GE products, an electric cook top and a down draft vent and not some designer import product. Which according to Customer service rep. John they had 20 in stock at the time.
Horrible customer service. Customer Service Rep. Joe S. sent an e-mail to confirm my order and in that e-mail asked that I call him at my earliest convenience but when I did he did not answer nor did he call back after my repeated attempts over a two week period.
As for FREE SHIPPING...remember this "don't be in a rush" because free shipping means when it's convenient for them to ship.
Example: After two weeks of e-mail and no response to my voicemails, I finally reached a live person (Customer Service rep. John and Supervisor Dave) who both told me they only ship when they have a full truck load of product coming to your state and that it appears my order will ship in about 7-14 business days unless it gets pushed back again. Note: I live in the Washington DC metro area, however this would have made it a month after ordering the product before it would even be shipped.
Please know I did receive some customer service when I asked Supervisor Dave to cancel my order. It took less than 3 minutes for Dave to send an e-mail telling me my order was canceled.
Thanks but no thanks Home Everything I will never attempt to do business with you again. Good luck to anyone who does.
Good pricing but not if they won't ship it to you...or give you the option to split the cost of sending it via UPS or FedEX.

After I placed the orders on-line, I received a call from Rich to confirm that I had ordered the items I intended. Additionally, when I told him we would be out of town when the items were scheduled to be delivered, he arranged for the delivery to come at a slightly later date when we would be in town. We have not yet received the items due to our vacation plans, but I have been very impressed with the customer service and the availability of customer service representative when I have questions. Although many people have complained that it took a while to get their items, as long as you build this into your plans, you can save a significant amount of money on your appliances. We are saving well ove $400 over any other site."
"I ordered a Weber grill on 6/13, with a shipping date by 7/5/11. That is over 3 weeks out. I waited, and today called to check on the order. I was conveniently told that the wrong type of grill had arrived at their warehouse, and that a replacement order had been placed for the right type. It would "probably" be another couple of weeks before the replacement would be delivered. However, still no guaranty with regard to the shipping. I find that ridiculous, and refuse to give my business to such unreliable establishments. Save yourself some trouble, and look elsewhere."
