"Not trust worthy! They will take your money but you will never see the product. I waited 2 months for a gas range. 5 different shipping dates - all false. I gave up and canceled the order. Now I'm waiting to see a credit on my credit card account."

"I cancelled my order with Home Everything after they twice failed to follow through on their promise to ship my appliance. After placing my order, I called on 6/27 to ask when it would be delivered as I needed it by 6/11. I spoke with Jason who told me there would be a $60 fee to have it shipped earlier. I was not willing to pay that and said I would then need to cancel my order to which he replied he would ship it on 6/1 to meet my needs. I called back on 6/1 and spoke with Eric who told me that it was not shipped. I explained the previous conversation with Jason and he said he would ship it on 7/5, 3-day shipping to get it to me. I called back on 7/5 and again it had not shipped. I asked to speak with a supervisor and was put on hold for 20 minutes before I hung up in frustration. I called back a 4th time and just cancelled my order as I could no longer trust their business practices. "

"I ordered a BBQ grill from home everything on may 26, 2011. The company charged my card immediately, but the ship date was June 10. The 10th came and went and the shipping date changed to June 21-23. I emailed the company because I was angry about the blatant misrepresentation. Scott assured me that the product would ship on June 22, 2011. On the 24th, still no shipment, so I called the company. Rich assured me it would ship Tuesday, the 28th. I figured I would wait a few more days. But after seeing all of the bad reviews, I called and cancelled the order. That was 10 days ago and the company has not refunded my money. It's just like all of the other bad reviews, so I want to point out that the bad reviews have specific dates, names, etc. The positive reviews are very general, or they have been updated after home everything corrected a problem. I suspect the five star reviews are written by folks with an interest in this company. These are huge purchases for most customers, so problems are very serious. Incidentally, I ordered the same BBQ grill from Rainbow on the 24th, after I cancelled with home everything. I already have my new grill, and Rainbow was slightly less expensive. I'll update if I get my refund; if I don't get my refund I will do everything in my power to shut this company down, including civil lawsuits for fraud and unfair and deceptive business practices as well as complaints to the attorney general of New York. "

"I ordered a Weber Summit E670 propane gas grill on May 15th and it was delivered on June 28th. Yes, it took awhile but for the convenience of time I could have paid about $700 plus tax more ordering elsewhere. That alone is a no-brainer. I was frequently updated by email of the status of my order and I was able to talk to customer support within a few minutes whenever I called. I was also able to track my shipment online and they scheduled my delivery to the minute. They emailed a delivery reminder the day before and the delivery person called thirty minutes ahead to let me know he was on his way. He unloaded and helped me unpack the grill. He also waited for me to inspect it before he left. I couldn't have been happier with the whole transaction.

"Horrible experience! DO NOT BUY from this company. We ordered a fridge, a range and a microwave from them on May, 19. After 3 weeks of not hearing back from them, started calling their customer service. Week after week they keep telling us that the appliances will ship "next week". UGH!!!!! Our credit card was charged for the full amount the day we made the purchase. Since that day, with our current credit card interest rates, we've incured $390 in interest for that purchase and nothing to show for it. So in the end, the better deal we got by purchasing from them turned out to be the worst. We wish we would've found this site first and read some of the reviews before buying from them. Feels like some kind of scam. BBB is our next step with this issue."

"I ordered a side-by-side refridgerator from HomeEverything yesterday. The price was good, and free shipping made the overall price very affordable. Specifically, I was impressed by their customer service. Joe S., assigned to our order as a personal customer service representative, was extremely helpful and even worked to expedite shipping from a few weeks to just one week! He was terrific and friendly on the phone, which is a hard thing to find. I will be sure to order from them again in the future. "

"DO NOT USE THIS ONLINE COMPANY! I ordered a Weber grill on May 15, 2011, it was charged to my credit card the next day. After a month of no communication from them, only a promise on their website that it would be delivered by June 7th, I called on June 10th. Seems that the grill had 'come in from the manufacturer' but it was damaged. Really? You only had 1 order for this very popular Weber grill? But supposedly it had come in damaged 2 weeks before, but they never bothered to call or email. They weren't sure when a new one would ship. I cancelled the order that day. Kept looking at my charge statements... no credit issued. Called them on June 13th and was told that it would take 5-10 business days for the credit to post. No fault of theirs...but the credit companies take that long. Today is day 10 business day - called VISA just to ensure that it really does take them that long to post. Their representative told me that they post the credit the day it is received from the company. He started a dispute for me and refunded my money immediately. It is already showing online as a credit.
Please...I purchase a lot online and have never written a bad review...but do not use this company if you expect service or a product.

"Took 23 days to find out the item was discontinued. Not acceptable in this day and age. Wish I had checked online to see their reviews before I ordered from them.

Quick Update, still haven't been refunded my money, they told me I wouldn't find the dehumidifier at any other stores! Found it at Walmart.com within minutes of canceling my order and it was delivered withing 3 days. And it was $10 cheaper AND they delivered it on Saturday for 75 cents!

"BEWARE OF THIS COMPANY! 6 weeks and no washer dryer set. Called 3 times and emailed, and got the response that it would be shipped in 3-5 days each time. The last time I called, they told me they had the item but was damaged and Samsung didn't have the dryer. How long before they would have told me??? Don't waste your time with this company. Each call takes 30 min wait time. They charge you immediately when you place your order and don't send the item! Will never order anything from them again."

"TERRIBLE customer service! The 30minute wait times listed by other raters are not an exageration. Don't bother asking to speak to a supervisor, I had the lovely experience of dealing with "Frank", who told me he was not being rude only being "blunt". Whomever hires and trains these folks needs some serious work. In the end I was told I was being unethical because I should have read the information before I ordered and called them to have the signature requirement taken off. Frank then hung up the phone. Needless to say I am disputing the charge and will never order from them again. "

"I have to say, even though I was frustrated at first their customer service really came through. I was honestly going to cancel my order because I wasn't happy with the way things were going and my customer rep, Joe, called and went that extra mile. As long as my grill gets here before the 4th (which they guaranteed) I'll be a happy cat."

"I placed my order for a frig 5/9/11. I was told via order confirmation it would ship in 7-10 days. A month later, I called (30 min wait) and e-mailed. Was told this time, it was on back order from Summit. I called Summit, and they said that is not true, they have the frig, and never have been out of stock. I called HE back (30 min wait) and sent e-mail. Now I'm told they are having it shipped from Summit to them, and then they will ship to me, within 3 days. It has been 3 day, and I still don't have a shipping confirmation. It is now June 18th. I will try calling again to check status- my last two e-mails went unanswered,. If not shipped, I will contact CCC and have them credit my card. Not going to deal with HE for refund. "

"Can you give 0 stars? We ordered a refrigerator in May, and it never shipped. Every time I called they promised it would ship on (insert date here) but on that date I would call and they would give me a new date.
At this point I would not have believed it would ship if they sent me a picture of the refrigerator on the truck.

They wasted 6 weeks of our time with nothing to show for it. We are in a new house living out of a cooler with a 1 year old.
Worst experience I have had with a company.

"This was the first major purchase my wife and I ever made on-line. I was more than pleased with products and communication we received throughout this purchase. At different times with concerns we had as consumers, problems were always answered in a timely matter by "Rich".
