"We bought a gas range and range hood from this company, and we thought we were going to get our things in a couple of weeks as usual with online purchases, to make it short it took more than a month and several calls to the company in order to get our stuff. "DO NOT DEAL WITH THIS COMPANY!! I placed on order for a washer & dryer on April 26th. There was no indication that the order wouldn't ship immediately, but when I got my confirmation e-mail it said my order would ship between May 11th - May 18th. However they charged my credit card immediately. When I didn't receive a shipping e-mail by May 18th I e-mailed just like the website says. I never received an answer. I called and was told that my order had been delayed and would ship May 24th. On May 24th I called again (never has the company contacted me to tell me of these delays!) and was GUARANTEED that the truck would leave on May 25th. It finally left on May 26th. I received an e-mail to schedule delivery of my product. Delivery was scheduled for May 31st between 8-12. When no one ever showed up I contacted the carrier only to find out that my order never made it on the truck to go out for delivery BECAUSE THEY DIDN'T RECEIVE THE PRODUCT FROM HOMEEVERYTHING.COM ON TIME! So here I am, five weeks later, credit card bill has already come due and been paid, and I STILL HAVE NO PRODUCT!!!"
"This is an awesome company to do business with! Both Chris and Mike M. went above and beyond to help us with this order. Mike even went so far as to give us a quarter for parking when my husband and I didn't have one when we went to their store to pick up our double ovens. The service was extremely professional and Chris worked hard with us to not only match another companies price, but he gave us an offer that was lower! Multiple calls were made on our behalf to have the ovens delivered to one of their stores as quickly as possible!

"I found this company offers excellent value and is extremely helpful. I changed our order from one stove to another with no problems whatsoever. We needed to have delivery delayed until the beginning of May and again no problems whatsoever. Our building is in Manhattan and they require an unreasonable amount of insurance paper work for delivery. And again they were incredibly patient and helped us get the delivery on time and at no charge. I recommend this company to all of our friends."
"STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY! THIS COMPANY IS A SCAM! IT IS THE WORST COMPANY EVER! I ordered a dehumidifier from this company and they charged my card immediately, but it took 16 days for them to even ship it! SIXTEEN DAYS JUST TO SHIP MY ITEM, BUT CHARGED MY CARD IMMEDIATELY! Once I received the item it didn't work AND the box was full of mice droppings! I called the company and the person who answered the phone said I needed to email his supervisor and so I did that. The person I emailed told me that they were not responsible for the defective unit that I had to take it up with GE. So right now I am out $220 and HomeEverything.com will not refund my money or send me a new unit! They stole $220 from me!"

I have had the worst experience trying to purchase a Webber grill from HomeEverything.
I placed the order through their website on May 5th. There was a coupon code to get an additional $10 off your oder. When I used this code, it did not take off the additional $10. When I contacted customer service, they sent back an email, and said "please note the coupons are not available when using the BillMelater" sure didn't say that anywhere on the website.
It's now May 25th, 20 days have passed, I finally received an email saying my order is shipping, WOW it took 20 days to process that order, glad i wasn't in a hurry!
I go to their website today, and look at the product page, the price has declined on the grill I ordered by over $40. I have not received my grill, so I'm assuming that they will credit me the difference in the price from when I ordered 20 days ago, but no, they say they can't do that! (They charged me on May 5th, even though the product didn't ship until May 25th)
This has been the worst online shopping experience ever, I will never purchase from HomeEverything again, and I would suggest you don't either!"
"What a bunch of a$$wipes, took my money kept it for a month, each time i called got a different story, now at the end of the month he says the order I placed was low priced because it was a discontinued model and they dont have it anymore and then tries to sell me newer model for higher price. When I got completely angry and asked for the supervisor, supervisor says we had the product but it was broken and thats why we couldn't ship it. HHGREGG misplaced my fridge gave me a model 1000$ higher in cost with one 5 minute phone call. This ass argued with me for an hour before I had to cancel my order. Everyone is in it for making money, i will give my money to someone who gives a sh i t about their customers."
"I ordered my LG fridge& Bosh dishwasher on April 29th for an amazing price-no tax and free shipping. HomeEverything has saved me lots $$$. They did tell me my LG fridge would take three to four weeks and my dishwasher would take longer. When I first placed my order by phone they answered very quickly and when I called back the second time with questions they answered quickly. My account status currently shows shipping between May 16-23rd today is the 24th when I called I had to wait some time before anyone would answer. They informed me that my fridge and dishwasher is scheduled to be picked up from them on Thursday March 26 and I should receive products the follow week which would be June. They did charge my credit card the the full amount which was over $3000.00 the day I ordered the products. At this point everything seems very good and I will keep you posted once everything has arrived.
I am happy and look forward to receiving my new appliances! I will rate my experience todate and I will come back at a later date to update my rating.

"Ordered range hood on April 20th, the scheduled shipping date (stock product!) was set between May 19th and 25th (on May 5th I was told that the merchandise was received from warehouse damaged).
The important detail: my credit card was charged on April 22-nd (one month before merchandise was shipped - violation of MC and Visa rules).
I called their 800 number, waited over 3 minutes. The customer service rep started the conversation with: "CH number?". I made a 2 seconds pause looking for one and got disconnected. 7 more minutes of musak, another rep; he tells me that I need different departments and disconnects. I haven't seen such a phone service for a while
Additional comment (couple months later). The company did make an effort to correct the situation. They called me with apologies and agreed to pick up return shipping cost and waive restocking fee."
"String of broken promises'. Placed order March 21,2011 for a Weber LP grill. They stated It should ship between April 5th-10th. April 10th went by and nothing heard. Contacted them by email two days later and waited. Received email that it would ship April 18th. I also let them know I would not be home from the 22nd of April til 26th of April to accept delivery. They said it would be here no later than the 21st of April. Then on April 20th I received email that it would not ship til April 28th. So, being that they already had my money and waited just a month for a grill was long enough. They attempted to entice me with $50. off the price if I would accept the grill. I canceled the order. I had asked them to have a supervisor contact me so that I could voice what little customer service they had and they could not be bothered. I did get my card refunded but was very dissatisfied as to the way the situation was handled. I would not order from company again. The best price does not always mean the best service.Beware!"
"Very slow delivery process. No wonder Amazon.com is the best place to shop online.
I placed an order on May 2nd, the money was already charged and I was promised that I'll receive a tracking number within 7-14 business days. These guys did not update the order status on the website at any time. I wrote to them and there was a standard answer "you will receive an order update between 7-14 business days" um from when, from today or from the day I placed my order?
So I had to call them and wait 25 minutes for someone to answer the call. Then when someone did, they said that the stuff was going to be EITHER shipped on the 17th or the 25th May. Which is 15-23 days after the order, which means it will probably be a month since I placed the order that I'll receive it.
Now I have a flight booked on the 27th of May and there is no way the order is going to be delivered by then, so now have to put my order on hold, ask for it to be delivered later. I hope this wait is worth the savings they claim to be giving to the customers. But my experience so far has been of bad and really slow customer service."
"Although they had the best price and stated it was in stock they shipped very slowly. Ordered on March 30 received the product May 5 after many missed promised ship dates. The shipment took so long the rebate was no longer valid, lost $50. They lowered the price on my item before it shipped and would not apply to my order, loss $94. I would not order from them again. Total overcharged $144."
