"Placed my order on 3/23 and received confirmation that order would ship between 4/9-4/13. I called customer service on 4/12 to check on status and was told that the order would ship by 4/15 and tracking would be sent. Never received updated shipping info so I called back on 4/18 to follow up. After waiting for somebody to answer for 30 mins i was transferred 4 times and was finally told it shipped. Asked for tracking info and was told to call a trucking company. Told them I wanted a tracking number and was put on hold forever. Asked to speak to a manager and was transferred back into hold que for another 15 mins. Spoke to somebody else who said order was going to ship but dryer was received damaged and it would ship in another week.(I read plenty of other negative reviews that said they gave them the same LIES) I requested to cancel my order and credit my card back. The service rep i spoke to was VERY RUDE as if I was the one that did something wrong. The order was cancelled and card was never credited. I emailed about 10 days later to follow up on my credit and they said it was an error with accounting and i would see a credit in 2-3 business days. As expected my card was not credited. I had to dispute this charge with my credit card company to receive a refund. THIS COMPANY IS FULL OF LIERS. BUYER BEWARE. THE PRICING IS ATTRACTIVE BUT THEY HAVE NO INTENTION OF SHIPPING YOUR ITEM. INSTEAD THEY HELD MY MONEY FOR ALMOST 2 MONTHS. "
"I would definitly NOT recomend dealing with this company. I'm giving this 5 stars because there are a lot of 5 star reviews that look to be fabricated and I want this one to be shown with those. Take a look at all the 1 star reviews and you will get the real truth. I ordered a grill and just like so many others I got the run around on the shipping dates. It never shipped when they said it would. Customer service took forever to get to, and then they never made good on what they said they would do. They charged my credit card the moment I made the order, but after I canceled it they kept saying they would refund my money in 1 to 2 days but didn't. They finally did refund my money when I said I would be contacting my credit card company but this was 3 weeks after I canceled my order. Stay away from this company. "
"I am a home builder and when I placed my order I told the sales guy I needed the appliances in two weeks for a closing. He told me the appliances were in stock and he could get them shipped by Friday (3 days). He said the truck would only take another three days to get to my delivery address. Friday passed and no shipment. I called the following Tuesday and they said it would ship tomorrow on Wednesday. Wednesday it did not ship. I called on Friday and they said it would ship on Monday, so I became very angry and asked to speak to a manager. He said the was sorry and that the other people did not know what they were talking about. He got me a shipping number and said the items have shipped. It is now Monday evening and using my tracking number the appliances have still not hit the road. They will tell you anything in order to get the salw and then they will string you along as long as possible. Very angry."
"Ordered refrigerator 4/14/2011. Received 5/20/2011. It is a little bit long wait compare to other website. But finally it arrived and in good shape. I have contacted thme three time and everytime they responseed. And manager called me for late shipment.
If you have a good patient, you could save some money there because the price is very good. I might consider to order something else from them again. "

I ordered a dishwasher from this company. They charged my card immediately. When the dishwasher did not show as shipped by the following week I called (and sat on hold for 25 minutes). I cancelled the order when he told me they would ship it "The second week of May" He then said "What if we ship it Friday"?! Right. If charging my card a month before they planned to ship a $500 item wasn't a red flag, then that certainly was. I said no. I told the guy to credit my card by the end of the week or I would get a charge-back for the amount since they shouldn't have charged me to begin with. Two days later I got a confirmation that the order would be shipped in May. I immediately disputed the charge with the Credit card company, and emailed Home Everything that I had cancelled the order already.
Some three weeks later, they still have not credited my account for the charge they never should have made unless they had a dishwasher ready to go out the door, and I have never had any response from any of the four emails I sent them."
"Save yourself a headache--this is a SCAM. Horrible customer service/company. They hold on to your money and delay product as long as possible. I was sold a Samsung washer and dryer on 3/27. They changed the delivery date twice without ANY explanation. Delivery was scheduled 4/13-18 and after those dates came and went they rescheduled on the website for 4/27-28. On 4/29, after missing the delivery date yet again and not receiving any email, I cancelled the order. 2 Open tickets were ignored. They have still not refunded my credit card (said it would take 5 business days to initiate the ELECTRONIC transaction!). "
"I ordered a refrigerator and dishwasher on March 18th. They charged my credit card on March 19th. I was told it would ship in 7-14 days. After 14 days I inquired about shipment. I was told it would be 1 more week. After 1 more week I inquired about shipment. I was told it would ship Friday (April 8th). On April 8th I inquired about shipment. I was told another week. I was going out of town on April 18th so I cancelled the order because in no prior conversation did they allow me to schedule the delivery. They just kept saying I would get an email with a shipment date (never got that email). I was told I would get a credit in 2-3 business days. 3 business days later, no credit so I called. I was told I would get a credit in 1-2 business days. About a week later I called again. Told 1-2 business days. 3 days later (today) called again, was told 1-2 business days. Asked to talk to supervisor, was told supervisor would tell me same thing and I would have to wait on hold 20 minutes to talk to someone. DO NOT ORDER FROM THEM. They have had over $3K since March 19th and I don't think they ever plan on returning my money. I have filed a complaint with the Better Business Bureau."
"I ordered a grill through this company. At the time of the order the company notified me it would ship in 7-10 days. After many emails and delays the grill finally shipped 45 days later. In addition they charged my credit card the day of the order and played with my money for the 45 days. This was an extremely frustrating and maddening situation.
To there credit the grill arrived in good shape and the tracking, oince it shipped was adequate. I will have to think long and hard before I purchase from them again, it is not worth the frustration.
April 30 - Update.... Within hours of posting this review I received a call from HomeEverything (first direct contact). The supervisor seemed genuinely concerned about the situation and outlined a number of steps they were taking to be sure something like this did not happen again, the most important being the retraining of the two individuals involved in the shipping schedule. It turns out the grill was ready to ship but the cover was not in stock. Rather than ship the grill by freight and courier the cover later they waited a month for the cover. Based on the direct action taken and the time to explain, I am changing the overall rating to a 3."

"I am nervously chewing my fingernails after reading all the terrible reviews. I ordered 4,000 dollars worth of appliances on 3/30/11. I was SHOCKED when they charged my credit card the following day and did not provide any shipping information (I order online quite frequently and have never had such a thing happen --- my card is not charged until the item has shipped!). Shortly after discovering this little mishap, I began reading the reviews (why I didn't review this company first is beyond me). True to the reviews, once I call the company "my account" is miracuously "updated." Even thought my appliances were supposed to be instock when I placed my order, my shipping information states that my order will ship sometime between 4/14/11-4/21/11. I breath a sigh of relief...but not for long. I check my "status" on 4/21/11, and alas, it has been changed to sometime between 4/27/11 and 4/28/11. I call the sales number (because I have read on the reviews that if you call customer service, you will hold indefinitely). I hold for a few minutes and someone answers and asks for my order. I begin telling the person how unhappy I am with the fact that my credit card has been charged for items that have not shipped; shipping delays; etc. He promptly clicks me back onto the hold function. WOW! How RUDE! After ten minutes or so someone else answers. He researches my account and tells me that my shipping date is on the 4/27/11. I implore him to tell me the truth. He swears the 27th is the "concrete" shipping date. I sigh...what else can I do (I've already waited a month)?
So...here I wait. It is April 19th, a week and one day before my appliances are scheduled to ship (and I wonder how long the "actual shipping" process takes). I just pray (seriously...on my knees praying)that my appliances are new, undented, unused, and work properly. It would be a true catastrophic nightmare (in my opinion) if something else goes wrong---like they send me the wrong model number. OMG. That better not happen!
So far I give them 1.5 stars in the ratings (this is because their website and prices are fantastic). If I get the right merchandise in pristine shape I will definitely be back to change my ratings. I don't think I could possibly give them 5 stars because of the issue of charging my credit card a full month before they deliver the goods (not to mention the delayed shipping ordeal).

I did receive an email with my tracking number. The estimated time of arrival is May 11th. I feel a bit less nervous at this time. I'll post again when my merchandise arrives and again, at that time, I will change my satisfaction score if all goes well.

I finally did receive all of my appliances. They are very nice, were packaged nicely, and the delivery into my home went smoothly. The trucking company called me ahead of time and scheduled an exact time to deliver. They were very professional and helpful. I have just finished filling out my rebate, and if/when I receive that, it will be the icing on the cake. So, as of right now, I am going to update my review and give them 4 stars. If only they had told me when I placed my order that I could expect to wait 4 weeks, perhaps I would not have been so irate. I went out today and price-shopped at the local sears store and I have absolutely saved at the very least,1000 dollars by shopping with homeeverything.com. Once I get my rebate it will be even more. I will shop with them again, however, only if I don't need my item quickly. "

"Very bad experience with this company - I ordered online and they charged my card immediately for an expensive refrigerator, yet four weeks later it still hadn't arrived. I emailed their customer service several times about the delivery dates (that had been missed) and their 'price match guarantee' but without response.
I should be getting my money returned now, after threatening to contact my card company to chase them. I may still have to, as I do not trust this company one little bit, and could hardly be surprised at further dishonesty.
Very poor business practices, seems more like some type of scam operation. I would not consider ordering anything from these people in the future!"
"Ordered a Samsung french door fridge on 3-18-11. Shipping date was between 4-5 and 4-10. Emailed the company to get an update on the status on the 8th (because it was a friday)and NOT to my surprise the date has been pushed back until the 15th of April. I am wondering if the fridge will actually arrive or am I just another sucker. Will post an update when I get more info.
Update 4-14 Contacted by Joe. Order is going out as scheduled. From reading the ratings i did expect it to take a little longer than normal and that was ok for us. Quite happy that i have recieved tracking #!"
