"Recently we purchased a Frigidaire range from HomeEverything. We are very pleased with HomeEverything. The range was delivered when promised. We are very happy with the range. Our questions were promptly answered by Jamie and Joe S. I have recommended HomeEverything and I plan to use them again in the future. Thank you for your outstanding service."
"Ordered a cooktop 1/22/2011, each time I called they said next week (three times). Cooktop arrived today smashed 3/28/2011, Yes over two months and broken. READ the RETURN policy BEFORE you buy anything. Explains not to accept broken items from shipper. Shipper left item on our porch no signature (FedX)
Called and asked to send pictures to an email address. Customer service called and is doing everything they can to get the new unit out. They are trying to make it right!"
"THIS SITE IS A FRAUD!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
I ordered an appliance over 2 months ago and have yet to receive it....after repeated calls and emails (not answered) they have told me several times that my cook top is shipping right away (they told me this a month ago and again 2 weeks ago and again today). I can not move into my new house until I get a final inspection which I can not do until I get this appliance.....I HAVE PAID 2 MONTHS OF ADDITIONAL MORTGAGE PAYMENTS DUE TO THESE PEOPLE......THEY ARE CROOKS!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! I hope the better business bureau shuts them down."
"I have had 2 experiences with Home Everything. I was so impressed with my first experience (price, shipping speed, etc.) I ordered from them a second time. Although my first experience was wonderful, the second one has me a little concerned. I recently ordered a dishwasher, which I was very excited and anxious to get. It was not until a couple of days after my order was complete when they notified me that my item was on back order. To be fair, they have not charged me yet and have clearly stated that they won't charge until they ship. But, I've never had a vendor of major purchases, or minor ones for that matter, who did not make it known PRIOR to purchase when an item is on back order, out of stock, or waitlisted.
Well, I'm going to give it some time and see what happens. Wish me luck. If all goes well, as far as the estimated 1 week wait to get the item back in stock, I will be back to leave a great review and I'll continue to come back to them for future appliance purchases. I don't think their prices can be beat once you take shipping cost into account. However, if they give me the runaround that others have reported . . . not so much. "
"RUN FROM THIS COMPANY!! Their website is misleading...they will charge your credit card the instant you make a purchase and you will wait WEEKS before you can verify shipping. They are thieves!!"
"I read all of the reviews here AFTER I made the mistake of ordering an expensive appliance from them. Long story short I was eventually able to cancel my order after days of spending time on the phone on hold. They refused to cancel it at first stating that it had already shipped. I asked them to show me the tracking number which they did not have. THIS STORE IS A TOTAL SCAM. If you look at a picture of their store front on Google maps you will see THEY DON'T EVEN EXIST! They are a total lie! See ya Home Everything. That's the last time I deal with you! Their staff are a bunch of incompetent inarticulate pizza delivery boy type GED grads."
"INCOMPETANCE ALERT!!! BUYER BEWARE! Run to another web site. The worst customer service I ever dealt with.
Ordered a stove on Feb. 8 2011. Price was about $75.00 cheaper than all others. They billed my AMEX the same day using Pinnacle Marketing as the seller. It said delivery between 2-23-11 and 2-28-11. That date came and went. I sent a email only to get one back saying due to the holiday season they were running behind. What holiday?? I called on the March 1st and after a while got a person who lied and said it was shipped and would be delivered by 3-4-11.
No delivery on the 4th and I called in the afternoon only to be disconnected several times and then the phone message gave business hours and said they were closed. The time was around 2pm est.
Thats when I contacted AMEX and put a dispute in on this purchase. FYI. NEVER pay this outfit with a check or debit card. You will really be sorry.
On 3-10, 3-11, I received e-mails saying the unit was shipped. On 3-15 I found that this outfit uses a extentions starting with 3 so I kept dialing 301.302,303, etc untill someone answeered. At 320 a person named Jake answeered. He said he was in marketing and did tell me the unit was at a distribution center and I had to call Manna Distribution Service. They set a date for 3-18-11 between 8-12. Around 11am on that date they called and said they forgot to load my item. They rescheduled for 3-23-11 and on the 22nd they called to say they might not be able to deliver on that date. Then they said they would deliver between 8-12 in the morning. I called them at 12pm and they told me around 2 pm because their driver went a different route. Around 2pm on the 23rd of March, 44 days after placing the order it arrived. It was not worth saving $75.00. In one of the emails they did say I would get $50.00 off my next purchase over $300.00. For their information I am not that stupid. Terrible, terrible experience. Never again, and I will tell anyone who will listen to pay the extra money and go someplace else."
"I thought I would give this place a try despite the negative reviews. As soon as I ordered my GE washer and dryer on June 11, 2010 I was charged on my Chase credit card the next day. I was emailed a shipment date of 2 weeks. Long story short after dozens of emails and speaking to Jason S. the inventory manager, (he refused to give me his last name), the washer arrived 10 weeks later in late August. Worst of all they shipped the wrong models. They were the cheaper models that differed by the last two letters in the model number. We discovered this after the shipper left and we signed for it. (The shipper refused to wait while we unboxed them.) We shipped them back at our expense and have yet to receive a refund for the return shipping and 15% restocking fee. Four weeks after shipping them back I did a chargeback to my Chase credit card because despite them saying the credit would go through, it never did. They are not worth the trouble. It is now March 2011 and my credit card company said they cannot do a charge back on the shipping or restocking fee because it was part of the sellers terms and conditions. They have the cheapest prices on the internet for a reason, they send you the wrong, cheaper, product and hope you will live with it."
"These guys are crooks. We ordered matching GE Profile Range, Microwave, Dishwasher, and Refrigerator for our kitchen remodel. Not only was the delivery 6 weeks later than promised, but we never got the correct refrigerator model. We received a slightly smaller model of the same Profile line and it looked identical to the model we paid for. We only realized it when we started filling out the warranty card and saw that the model number differed by 1 digit. By the time we contacted HomeEverything, it was past the 14 day time limit for returns. We took great pains to closely inspect the shipment for damage; unwrapped everything while the shippers waited, before we signed for the shipment. I overlooked scrutinizing the model numbers, because appearances of each appliance looked correct. Bottom line, HomeEverything is blaming the shipper. They claim the shipper must have dropped our fridge off at the wrong location and brought us someone elses. They contacted the shipper with an urgent message and we heard nothing for a few days. We contacted HomeEverything and the shipping company and have not been able to receive any satisfaction. I would never deal with this company again. I have had 100% satisfactory results with all other vendors that I have dealt with on the internet, but HomeEverything is a rip-off!
By the time we realized the mistake, we had tossed all the shipping boxes, so we have no way of knowing if the model number on the box was wrong. The shippers had me sign for the shipment and did not leave a copy of the invoice with me. Boy was I stupid. The smaller fridge is smaller than our previous refrigerator and totally unsatisfactory since we can't fit all of our food in it."
"They are WONDERFUL! The price was a bit higher than elsewhere, but I wanted to be safe rather than sorry. I had seen that they had a better rep than some other companies. Customer service was great--I placed an order by phone--email follow-up was prompt, and best of all, I received my appliance exactly two weeks later. It was in perfect condition. I did open the box to check. I got a reminder email, and I could not be more pleased. Great company. Would absolutely recommend them or buy from them again."
"Don't believe any of those positive reviews--thet're all lies. This "company" is fraudulent. You'll never receive your order.
People listen to me--dont be fooled by their low prices ...BUY ELSEWHERE! "
"I have finally received the refrigerator I ordered 50 days ago. It was ordered and paid on Feb. 21, manufactured in March, delivered on April 12.
It was ordered during the President Day sale. They must take in too many orders and sold out, that is perfectly fine. However, the way HomeEverything handled the situation shows that they are miles away from a top notch retailer.
Instead of telling the truth and giving customer an estimated back order date, HomeEverything charged my credit card right away and then pushed out delivery date bit by bit. First they told me it will take 2-3 days to process, then it became 7-10 days, then they told me the warehouse was closed for a week due to weather condition but shipping was scheduled between 3/10-3/15. A week after 3/15, I called today and I was told it will be shipped "by the end of this week". Their answer to my question of why it took so long was "that's how long it takes". Now the delivery finally happened, it is clear that it was not even been made yet.
Now it is time to summarize if it's worth to wait for so long to buy a refrigerator, the answer is definitely NO.
There were two things HomeEverything offered made the final price seemed lower than local dealers could offer. The first one is a $200 rebate, and, the second one is free shipping. As it turned out, the rebate is hard to get, and the free delivery is simplely misleading.
To complete the rebate form, one needs to fill in the serial number of the product. After I received delivery and completed form I found there is a fine print says the form should be submitted 1 month ago and the serial number should be called in after the delivery. So the rebate is gone, made the base price higher than
what local stores offered during the President day sale.
Shipping is free only if you you take delivery of the box at a warehouse. If it is to a home, the charge is $50. If you want it to be taken out of the box and put to the location, $110. Remove old one, add another $40. Our house is on a terrace, there are 9 steps, another $40. remove doors for access, another $50. After all we paid $240 for installation. That's twice as much as what local stores charge for installation.
After all we paid $100 more than what we would have if we bought from a local store and we waited for 50 days.
Never ordered a major appliance on internet. Not a good idea, especially when it is from HomeEverything.
I have been wondering way this place get 4.5 stars on Google Products. I tried all 8 sources of Google Products seller rating, ResellerRating is the only place allow me to voice my opinion about this seller and let me realize that I am not the only angury customer. ResellerRating will be what I rely on to check out a vender before I buy anything again.

"With the recent storms on the East Coast it took nearly 2 months to get our order. However Joe S was more than happy to help us every step of the way with information and the fridge arrived in perfect order."
"Had some valid concerns but customer service worked with me and kept me informed. Went beyond the norm to guarantee that I will be a repeat customer. Thanks for a great product at a great price."
"BUYER BEWARE!!!! SCAM ALERT!! Like many others, I ordered appliances, waited forever, finally cancelled the order, and have yet to receive a refund of nearly $2000 charged to my card the second I placed the order. Before ordering, I even called to confirm that the dishwasher and cooktop I wanted were in stock. I placed the order and found that the estimated delivery time was three weeks later. Those dates came and went. I called with a question and spoke with an "I-could-care-less" customer service person, emailed and got an automated reply from "Joe" and, after reading similar horror stories by other customers, cancelled by phone and was told I would receive a refund in 3-5 days. I have yet to see a penny returned to my credit card. Essentially this company takes an order and can accrue interest on the money for months while the customer waits for delivery and then waits again for a refund after canceling in frustration. DON'T BE FOOLED BY THE 5 STAR REVIEWS. With so many customers posting the same rip off scenario, it surely is not an occasional problem."
