"I ordered a convection Microwave from Homeeverything who had the best price. The first one which was delivered thru Fedex Ground was damaged. I contacted the CSR at Homeeverything.com and it was pickedup by Fedex. I was shipped a replacement soon.

"Placed order on 1/17/11, ship dates were from 1/31/11 to 2/5/11. Called on 2/5/11 to find out when order will ship.Said will ship on 2/8/11, no email or call with traking info web site never updated. Called back on 2/10/11 said it was being picked up would ship next week. No email or calls on order update.Website order never changes same ship dates.Called back on 2/17/11 about order no info or when it would ship. Told them I am going to cancel order.Told me to call back on 2/21/11, it would be shipping. Should have canceled then. Asked if they were open on holiday. Said yes but warehouse would be closed.Called back on 2/21/11 spoke to Scott,guess what no info on when it would ship,tried to stop me from canceling the order transfered me to another person who was from the warehouse (told me on 2/17/11 warehouse was closed on holiday)This person had no info or tracking on order told me it was going to ship from local co.only gave me the name of the Co.no tracking number. Told him to transfer me back to Scott to cancel order. Now waiting for refund wonder how long thats going to take.Contacted credit card Co to file a dispute on not getting refund yet. i thought this would be a good Co. prices were great and it did get a lot of good reviews.Big problems with shipping orders and keeping customer updated about ther orders.Placed order with big box store and it has been delivered already free shipping only difference have to pay tax.I think HomeEverything is going to have trouble staying in business if they keep this up"
"So incredibly disappointed! Ordered a refrigerator on 12/26/10. Understood that item would ship within 14 days. 14 days later called and was told fridge not even in stock. Was going to cancel but called the next day and was told that fridge would be in stock the following week. 1/24/10 called for update, was told that fridge now in stock but would not ship until between 2/7/11-2/14/11. Got frustrated, cancelled order. Placed new order for same fridge later 1/24/11. Credit card billed 2/25/11 and "my account" said item would ship between 2/9/11-2/14/11. Called on 2/11/11 for update, was told item would ship on 2/16/11 and was even given the name of shipping company. 2/17/11 no notification of shipping so I called and was told that item would ship on 2/24/11. 2/25/11 no notification of shipping. Checked "my account" and it now says order to ship between 2/28/11-3/5/11. Today 2/25/11 my husband called, cancelled the order. I emailed the company twice, once directly to a supervisor and got no response. I can't believe that it has been 2 months and I still don't have a refrigerator. I can't believe how poor the communication and customer service at this company are. Don't buy from Home Everything. They may be cheap but how cheap is it really if you never get your merchandise? "
"I think HomeEverything has been great to me!! I worked with Joe S while making my purshase of a GE Cafe fridge! he really gave me the best price and was very patient. I must have called him 10 or more times discussing what fridge I should get and could get! Anyway he was always very polite and nice about it. "Ordered a double wall oven on 1/19/11. Payment posted to my master card on 1/20/11. Projected delivery date was 2/3 - 2/8/11. Called to verify, date was moved to 2/11. No delivery on 2/11, called date changed 2/15. Called again on that date, changed to 2/21. Canceled my order on 2/17. No credit back to my master card as of 2/21. Called and was given a 5-7 day turn around on the credit. Hard to understand how it took only one day for my money to post and getting my money back in 5-7 days. Anyway, this company is the most inept and disorganized business I have every dealt with. I spent 21 years as a school administrator and made thousands of purchases and this is the worst experience I have ever had. Speak to a sales person or customer service rep. and their mouth opens and words spew out with little regard to the customer. I can't see how they can stay in business."

I think Scott must of had the day off.
I understand not having the product available to ship immediatley. I do not understand it still being available online for purchase with out any mention of it being out of stock. Nor do I understand the fact that I had to constantly ask for updates on the stauts.
Found same product at Best Buy for less money.
Cancelled my order and will never do business with HE again."
