"RUN, don't walk away from this company. They will certainly take your money, not ship your product, tell you it is shipping the next day--IF--you call them, because it is not arriving as promised. Good luck getting your money back too. They can charge your account the day you order your product, so WHY does it take them 10-14 days to process a credit????? I would like to take a lot of someone elses money, deposit or invest it for 2 months or more-with no liability- and no consequences.
They are a JOKE. I do have a lot of documentation and email responses so will contact the BBB and determine what my options are legally.

They just failed to mention this and then failed to let me know that the product was on backorder. Joe was helpful as we worked to resolve the problem. I purchased a refrigerator from HomeEverything Feb. 28. Before I ordered I called to verify they had it in stock. After I ordered I called again to verify it was in stock. I was skeptical to order from them because of the bad reviews and even told them so. They reassured me that my order would be processed and shipped on time.
After a week of hearing nothing further I contacted them and was again reassured that my order was "being prepared for shipment" and would indeed arrive in the promised 7-14 days. I call them again today just to double check because we are moving in to our new home this weekend and need a refrigerator. Somehow in the last 5 days they went from on-time, no problems, to two weeks late! Told me it was from bad weather a couple weeks ago and they are now 10,000 orders behind. This place is a joke and they tell you whatever you want to here until they don't deliver. Then they offer no support and say they'll get to it as soon as they can.
If my order doesn't ship next week, like I am again "promised," I will being cancelling my order and taking business elsewhere."
"Kudos to SCOTT, who represented HomeEverything in the best possible light. There was a breakdown in communication between HomeEverything and 1) the delivery company and 2) the company that would arrange the installation of my refrigerator. Scott took PERSONAL charge of my problem, after I had already made seven calls trying to get the other companies to help me. He called me back promptly and made a change in the delivery and installation so that it would be here before the date of our large party and also made sure the company delivering the refrigerator would do the "full install" themselves (instead of waiting for a third party to do it). HomeEverything had a great price on the GE Profile refrigerator (plus free shipping and a discount coupon of $200), but price isn't my main barometer in a purchase. Without service, price can be of little merit. Scott made sure I not only got my good price, but got SPECIAL service. HomeEverything, you need to encourage workers like Scott! You want workers who personally care about your customers' needs and will put in more than the usual "minimum workday". Scott actually told me that being able to help me "made his day." He turned a potential disaster (we have a new home and were about to have a party with 60-70 people coming over), not having a refrigerator on time, into a chance to make his company look good. And he succeeded. Thank you, Scott!"
"Oh, how I wish I had read this site prior to ATTEMPTING to do business with HomeEverything.com!!!! We ordered a GE Profile stove on Feb. 16, 2011. Our cc was charged the very next day. Today is Mar. 08, and still no product. Everything I have read about the delays, the email brushoffs, and the false and empty promises of "its going out this week" have proven to be sadly true. I called the site's 888 number several times today and each time a different "Joe" promised a completely different delivery date!! When I asked them to explain; I got the "well, he didn't know about this or that". So far, I have been told that the item will be shipped between the 9th and the 14th. Anyone want to bet that that will not happen? BTW, we have no stove. Just an empty hole where it is supposed to be. At this point I will not only NOT recommend this company due to the shady and suspect business practices; but, I will endeavor to blog as often as I am able to any site like this one, to anyone who will listen: stay away from HomeEverything.com There has to be some degree or level of unlawful business practice going on here. "Avoid this company because they can charge your credit card again (or double charge) without informing you after three months of purchase. They called it a "mistake".
Here is my experience.
I ordered a kitchen equipment for $1136.98 in October 2010 including $179 for installation charge. Later I called its customer service to cancel the installation to get $179 back. My nightmare started from there. First they claimed they couldn't return $179 due to technical issue, asked me to dispute from my credit card. After many calls (each time I need to wait 20+ minutes to get people to talk) and emails, finally I got this $179 back.
Then you never can imagine, after more than three months, on 1/25/2011, my credit card was SILENTLY charged $975 by "PINNACLE MARKETING GRO". Through my credit card, I got know this was HomeEverything again.
Again after many emails and calls, they finally returned my money back.
I have been using online retailers very often, 99% of time I had very good experience. HomeEveryting doesn't belong to this group.

At mid August of last year I was shopping for a frid, a gas range and a dishwasher. As I searched for them online, I came across homeeverything.com. The price was awesome so I spent time picking out three items that I ordered online plus the extended... warranty, the total came out to around $5700.00. I received an email the same day informed me that the order is received and a ship date will be sent to me via email shortly.This is the best part of my experience, the rest is horible.
A week after that I tried to call but noone picked up the phone so I went to the website, opened a support ticket asking for status of my order. I received an email three days after stating that the items I ordered were back order from the manufacture and it would take 3-5 days before it can be shipped. At this time I realized that my Amex account has been charged to the whole amount.
On Sept 7 I received another email from them stating that "your order is currently being prepared for shipment. We will email a tracking # once it ships."
On Sept 13 I opened another support ticket to ask for status of my order and again I received an email stating that the order is being prepared to ship.
On Sept 21 I opened aother support ticket to ask for status of my order and again I received an email stating that the order is being prepared to ship.
I was able to talk to a live person on 9/27 he said I need to pay for rush order and charge me $200.00 and another $100.00 to help bringing the items into the house. I agreed to pay the charges because I really need these items although I didn't think it is fair to charge rush shipment after 37 days.
The next day I received an email from them saying the order is curently being prepared for shipment.
On Oct 1 when there was no update from my order, I opened a support ticket online to cancel my order. I received an email saying that I need to call to cancel. I tried calling them however I got answering machine to ask me leave messages. Ironically, they want you to call them however, it is so hard to get a hold of anyone there.
On Oct 4, I received another email from them saying the order has shipped it cannot be canceled. However, there was no tracking number, no information on how and who handled the shipping.
On Oct 6 their shipping company called me to inform that they will deliver two items a dishwasher and a gas range for me in 5 days. I told them I already cancled the order and more over the order should have three items not two. They said they are a shipping company and I have to call homeeverything to discuss that.
Despite my verbal and online canclelations, the dishwasher was shipped on Oct 18. My contractor inadvertently signed for and received it. I costed me 179.00 to ship it back to them. I am still not sure what happened to the gas range that the shipping company said they would deliver.
From last Oct to Jan, I have made numerous attempts to contact them for the refund to no avail. If I could get to talk to a live person, I got lied to, transferred around and ended up leaving messages. Nobody has attempted to call me back or contacted me to resolve the matter.
I had to open three different dispute charges with Amex and provided them all the supporting email trails, affidavit of truth from my contractor and proof of return from UPS. It took 5 months to get the credit back thanks to American Express who was handling the disputes. I finally received the full refund amount in late Feb.
These people are crooked, they are not honest and serious in dealing with their customer. They are liars and rude. They think our time and money are jokes. Consider yourself lucky if you had a good transaction with them."

All the reviews were look great, but now I absolutely regret that I got into business with HomeEveryhting. They told us that they will ship the order in 2-3 weeks. Now, it has been 4 weeks and they're telling me that they have not shipped it and they may not do it so until next week. I had to contact them by phone (with a hold time of up to 10 minutes) three times to check on shipment status and was told each time the the order was shipping that coming Friday. I finally had to call and cancel the order and request a refund on 3/1/2011. They had charged my credit card and received payment in January and I had no product.
