"I've been dealing with Homeeverything.com for a few years now. I've probably made 5 or 6 purchases from them. I've bought new appliances for a wheelchair bound sister in Florida as well as for my own use. Ordering is easy via internet, their phone reps are knowledgeable and know the answers to my questions. They don't try to bs you and will call you back with an answer they don't know. Hearing the truth rather than hype is great to deal with.
Delivery is painless; they call the day before and if the delivery truck is delayed for any reason, they'll let you know.
My sister and I have been impressed with their service.
I've recommended them to friends and they too have been extremely pleased with their whole buying process.
They've proven to be reliable and do what they say they will. No one can ask for more. As a bonus, their prices are great.

"I'm waiting for a backordered item, Home Everything assures me that it is the manufacturer, LG who has the product on back order and it is not their fault. They have not been able to get good information from the manufacturer on when the product will ship. Another month has gone buy and Joe suggests they have no idea if it will ever come back in stock, so I canceled the order and gave up. Doesn't seem like out of stock items will ever show up."

"We where shopping around for a new refrigerator and wall oven. Best Buy did not have much of a selection. We found home everything after doing some research on a wall oven on google. We settled on Bosch because of all the rebates. I found there site easy to use, their prices very competitive. I was surprised to learn that they also installed in my neighborhood. Delivery took approximately 13 days. We are now waiting patiently for our rebates.

"Homeeverything had the best price I could find on the LG washer/dryer set I was interested in, so I ordered a pair. I got an email from them saying the set was on backorder and would take 3-5 days until it could get shipped. Then I went to a local Home Depot and saw the set on clearance, still about $200 more than Homeeverything, but I was concerned about actual availability since they are being clearanced at HD. So I called Homeeverything and was told they found a set and would be shipped the following week. THEN, I get another email saying it would be 10-14 working days until they ship (2-3 weeks). So I started a chat session (so I could save the output) and tryed to find out why all the conflicting info. Bottom line is that they sounded shady and I was concerned the set might not come or at least arrive for about 3-4 weeks and then I would miss the opportunity to purchase locally at HD. So I asked to have the order cancelled and the CSR told me it would be 2 weeks to refund my purchase to the CC. WAIT, I asked why my CC was charged if they didn't even have the items to ship and got another story that the items had been sent to the dock for shipping so that's why they were charging me. OMG, what a bunch of BS from this place. Now I see on my CC online activity that they charged me AFTER I CALLED AND CANCELLED THE ORDER!!!!! I have already disputed the charge BUT DO NOT GET TAKEN IN WITH THE LOW PRICES FROM THIS PLACE, THEY ARE NY SCAMMERS!!!!!!"

"After having trouble with getting my LG microwave oven delivered in a resonable time, I have to say that HomeEverything went out of there way to try to solve my problem with not being delivered. There costom servise dept. is excellent and I was offered good compencation for my wait. Not many companies will go to this lengt to try to help and to satisfy there costomers once somthing goes wrong in my case the shipping.

"Purchased an undercounter fridge for "prompt delivery" on 12/05/10. After 3 days without an update I contacted them and was told that my product was on back order. On 12/13/10 an email message notified me that my order was "being processed".
After contacting them again, I received a new email on 12/22/10 stating that my order had been shipped. The email purposefully left out the tracking number. I called and, surprise, they did not have a tracking number but would call me back with it by the end of the day. They never called back. I called them and was told they could not locate the tracking number.
At this point the company engages in consecutive delay tactics in answering phones, answering emails and saying things that are obviously not true about the shipment. If they just said, "we are very late with the shipment but this is what we can tell you about it", it would have a better impact on the customer. As it is, you start thinking that they are just running some scam operation. It is just NOT good business.
I continued to receive "shipping" emails with NO tracking info in them until 01/06/11 (that is one entire month after an order for a “prompt delivery” item was placed). So, several weeks after my order had been theoretically shipped, I receive a true tracking number for my order, which had indeed just started the shipping process. On 01/11/11, my order arrived.
The product was in good condition and the shipping company delivered it in 5 days. It is hard to understand why the HomeEverything engages in a campaign of misinformation regarding orders once they become late. Owning your mistakes and being open and honest with your customers would be a far better approach.
Bottom line: Product is good and price was competitive. However, you are NOT able to rely on the firm's delivery estimates and customer support. Be warned!
