The shipping company has not received the order even though HomeEverything claims to have sent the shipment to them for shipment on 12/24/2010. AM Trucking does NOT have the waybill. This company is a fraud. Never an answer, only an email that lists lies. Run the other way, pay $300.00 more locally. I am sorry I tried them."
"I have read all of the reviews for this company and almost turned away. Then I realized that the major gripe was with the shipping of the product. Naturally when I pay for a product today, I want that product today. Reality says that that just can't happen. I am totally pleased not only with the Maytag washer but with Hone Everything, their customer service(thank you Jacob M. for your considerate handling of my order), the trucking company and their delivery personnel. Every detail from start to finish was handled with nothing but a professionalism that meets the highest standard for customer service.
A word on shipping. I ordered this product on 11/25 (Thanksgiving Day) and received it today 12/28. It was scheduled for delivery between 12/13 and 12/18. The trucking company picked it up on 12/24. Considering it was two of the busiest holidays and the worst weather, I am nothing but elated with the process that ensued in getting this to me when they did. My hat's off to Home Everything for a job beyond well done."
"I placed my order for a GE Cafe Stove & Refrig on 12/2/10, but unfortunately because of the horrible weather on the East Coast, my delivery was delayed.
I received my appliances today in perfect condition, and have already installed my refrigerator. I'm out to get a gas line for my stove, and I should be up and running by dinner time tonight. Now, my only dilemma is what to make for dinner.

"On 12/5, 2010 my husband and I decided to purchase a Weber Summit S-470 LP grill for a together Christmas gift for each other. After going to our local Weber distributor who was going to charge me $150.00 to drag it 4 miles to my house I went to the internet for a better deal. With the local dealer gouging me for that, we questioned the 25% Close out price we were getting also..So, we found that HomeEvertyhing fit our ideal price for the unit with a discounted price, No shipping fee, No Washington State Tax as well which is a hefty 9.6% we ordered one immediately. We purchased it with a CC and received confirmation immediately. On December 16, it was confirmed that our Summit S-470 grill was in route to us. Being the company is in New York State and we are in the Seattle, WA area with winter in full action we thought maybe our grill would take a month to get here. We were not in the outdoor grilling mood with our Seattle rain in full throttle; we did not mind the wait. But, to our surprise on December 20, 2010 we get a call to set up a time for delivery. Yes, we were so impressed!! Not only did HomeEverything deliver the grill on December 22, for no charge, and on December 23, another company came by and installed the unit together and made sure the grill was working properly . Wow! What wonderful service and delivery Companies who gladly worked around our schedule. Now this is just before the holidays and chaos as well. We really appreciated the correspondence that was accessible on HomeEverything’s website of our account status. My husband even called HomeEverything and they greeted him very personably and kindly updated information over the phone as well, as he did not have internet access at work. Overall this has been a wonderful experience. We are an experienced internet consumer and will give HomeEverything a 5 star rating! The pricing of the unit was important to us and HomeEverything by far surpassed any company along with No shipping, free installation, No WA state tax (9.6%) or any other state tax, a $20.00 free coupon, and we almost forgot a free Weber grill cover. "They are lying thieves. I ordered a stove on November 23rd and was told it would ship in 8 days. After eight days I called and was given a new "definite" shipping date of 12/10-12/14. Now it's 12/16 and after a long wait I am told it will "definitely" ship Monday. In the meantime I learned the had already charged my credit card, the minute they took the order. As is typical of such places, the "customer service" number has a long hold while "sales" picks right up (but the person who picks up the "sales" line "can't help you" - you know it's all the same guys answering the phone, this outfit is not that big).
I canceled the order, I don't believe them and think they're running some sort of scam to live off my money while they stall delivery of my stove (and payment to the supplier of the stove). Don't be fooled by their low prices, it's not worth it. Now we'll see how long it takes to get my refund. The claim they will credit my card but we'll see. I'm sure it won't be as quick as they charged it. In the meantime as far as I'm concerned they have stolen my money, because the credit card company expects to be paid and I certainly don't want to incur any finance charges."

"I ordered a refrigerator on 11/21/10 which they took the money for right then, waited several days with no shipping info, after several tries on their website had a shipping date of 12/08-13/10. After several tries at calling them i was told that this was just an estimate, that they would shipp when the truck was full. I talked to a supervisor and was told no that they would shipp it by 12/13/10 at the latest and I would have it in 2 or 3 days. Now I am told that it won't be shipped untill 12/20/10 if that. This is a long time to be without a refrigerator and they take 30 days to issue a refund I was told by customer service. If you need somthing do not order from this company!!!!!!!!!!"
"Ordered a GE profile range on 11/30 and my credit card was billed on 12/3. Shipping instructions stated that they would ship between 12/21-12/26. I was not happy that my credit card was charge and contacted customer service. There were excellent. They explained that the card should not have been charged and that they would try to ship earlier. Even though I did not get an email update on the shipping, I did see the update on their website. I contacted the freight company and made arrangements for a 12/13 delivery. I forgot to add in home delivery and spoke with HE customer service again. They were courteous and immediately changed my order to in home delivery. I received my appliance and am very happy. Although there was a little confusion, I did get my appliance before Christmas and am thrilled. However, I entered a coupon for $20 off and was not credited. Don't know why and nobody is talking. If I wasn't eligible for the credit, I would have used the dinner code I had. I have 2 more appliances I want to buy in the next 6 months and I am a little leary as to whether or not I will purchase from HE."
"I ordered an over the range microwave convention oven for a kitchen renovation on 12/6 a few days later they wrote me an e-mail stating the product was on back order for 3 - 5 days. One week later I call to check on my order and the customer service rep tells me that it is on back order for at least another 2 weeks. They did not send a second e-mail nor did they call to advise me of this. Kitchen renovations require on time delivery of components and it cost me an extra $40 to have the product shipped on an expedited basis from another retailer to get it to the house when the installer is working. Do not order Home Everything or if you do, ensure that the product is in stock. "
"My worst online shopping experience. Don't be snookered by the low prices posted, because they are dishonest about whether they have product in stock and about shipping dates. My order took six weeks to arrive, but I was promised multiple different shipping dates along the way, all false. If you want to reach customer service by phone, you better have speed dialing because that's the only way to get past the busy signal, and then you have to wait 20 minutes before anybody picks up the phone. Never again!"

There was a slight delay in the shipping date however after I contacted Joe S at Homeeverything, Joe took over and got my new stove moving quickly. It's good to see this kind of service. "I ordered an over-the-range microwave from HomeEverything following a price comparison search engine's recommendation. HomeEverything had the best price available (and it wasn't close, easily 20%), and best of all, they were willing to pick up the sales tax for NYS residents.
The process was very smooth; received an order confirmation almost immediately, with the notice that I'd be updated when the shipping date for the order was available.
My only disappointment with the order was when it was scheduled to ship. After posting that I wasn't happy with the delay (the unit would take 2 weeks to arrive), I was contacted by HomeEverything and asked what it would take for me to be completely satisfied with the order. I was told that if the shipping date could be moved it up it would, in order to ensure my experience with HomeEverything was a positive one.
Three days later, the microwave arrived at my home, just before my contractors were set to finish the job and leave for good. Thankfully, HomeEverything's expeditious shipping and service saved me from having to either install the unit myself or pay the contractors for an extra day.
As such, I'm left with only positive things to say about HomeEverything - they had a price that couldn't be beat, and a policy of keeping their customers happy that they were willing to back with actions, not just words. Thanks to Joe and HomeEverything for the support!"
"(Dec 6)Bad experience for this seller. Placed order for a range fan when it showed in stock and credit card got charged in the same day. Hear nothing back after 2 weeks, send inquiry in web, without any feedback (4 days now). Finally able to get representative on the phone after long hold, was "promised" the order will be shipped in 7 days and I will get it in 10 days. Requesting a update for my order in email, and email said it is still back ordered?! Really doubt I can get it in another 10 days. It is just a range fan at ok price, not a warm BF item at all.
(Dec 9) Got the box today surprisedly. The packaging looks decent. I don't think fast shipment have anything with my earlier complaints (it is only 3 days), but I did get message from the Joe to offer help, but I don't have time to contact him yet.
In summary, if you found unbeatable price for something from this company and you don't mind some waiting, you may go for it. Post some complaints may help to speed up your order from this company. Personally, I will avoid it though."
