"I placed this order on October 11, 2010. Originally, I was going to place the order online, however, I called and spoke with Albert with sales, because I had a few questions. Albert suggested that I go ahead and place the order with him while we were on the line since the refrigerator was in-stock, but in short supply. Albert was extremely helpful and most courteous. Some of the items in the order needed to be shipped from the manufacturer, so it took a couple of weeks longer than I anticipated.
A couple of problems have arisen -- not with the appliances -- but with a rebate (which was not postmarked in time because the order did not arrive in time to get the serial number needed) and the fact that since I ordered on the telephone with Albert and not online (using a Promo Code) as I was originally intending to do, I missed out on another rebate through Home Everything. That is quite disappointing since I helped my elderly mother place and take care of this order. When on a fixed income, every penny counts!
The delivery company, Sullivan Moving and Storage, out of Phoenix was a delight to work with. The two gentlemen who made the delivery were so professional and courteous. They called during the day to let us know they would be a bit later delivering the appliances that day. That was a courtesy that isn't seen enough in today's world.
Today, I spoke with Joe S. in customer service because I had a question about an additional item for the trim around the dishwasher. No surprise! Joe S. was extremely professional and helpful, too.

"Placed my order over the phone with Shawn since the GE Cafe Series does not list prices on their website. I ordered a GE Cafe Series Dual Fuel range and GE Cafe Series over the range microwave oven. Shawn informed me that both of these items were in stock in their NY warehouse and they would ship asap. Shawn also stated that I could expect the items to arrive with 7-14 business days. Received an email about five minutes after the call telling me that the items were getting preped for shipment. Today is November 21st and I have not received the email stating that they shipped. Did however receive an email today (21st) stating that the "free shipping" option means that they will ship in 7-14 business days. This is not what Shawn stated to me on the phone. I will let you know when and if I do receive my items.
Monday, Nov. 22, 2010 - UPDATE - Contacted by Joseph regarding the shipping misunderstanding. They are shipping out within 48 hours. Called me. Very helpful. I should have my range and microwaver within the original 7-14 business days as promosied! UPDATE - Received my stove and over the range microwave 11/30/2010. Shipping company was excellent. They brought both appliances into my home. No problems. I will order from HomeEverything.com again."
"Ordered a Maytag over the stove microwave on 10/19/10. Credit card billed the next day. I called twice asking when the microwave would ship. 1st call they said 7-10 business days, second call I was given a date that came and went. Finally, UPS picked up the package on 11/08/10. Delivered 11/15/10. IMHO 27 days to receive a microwave oven seems much too long to me. But, the microwave did arrive in good condition and works well so far. Overall, the price and product were great, but almost a month to receive an order makes me leery of ordering anything from Home Everything. "

"I ordered a Samsung washer and dryer on 10/22. Credit card was charged right away, and I received an basic email explaining the shipping dates. After a couple weeks, I called them up and was given a 11/12 ship date. Having not seen a tracking number, I called them again today (11/16) and was told the new ship date is 11/22.
Update 11/18 - After speaking with customer service rep named Joe, the issues with this order has been rectified. The new proposed solution is to my satisfaction.

"So you can decide for yourself -- I will simply state the facts:
Weber grill S320 order date was 10/11 with full payment made through eBillme on 10/13.
Called HomeEverything on 10/20 and told grill is in stock and would ship in 3 - 4 days.
Called again on 10/25 and told will ship in 24 to 48 hours. Sent an email via contact us (#15734) never received a response.
Called on 11/2 and after a 12 min hold I was disconnected.
Called on 11/3 and after Customer Service (CS) checked with warehouse shipping the grill would ship on 11/12. I reminded CS that I have been given several previous shipping dates, so why should I believe it would be shipped on 11/12. He gave me his 100% guarantee the grill would be ship on 11/12.
Today, 11/15, I been calling since 10 AM but only get a busy signal and status of my order was change to "N/A, No information available at this time, please check again later".
How often do you get a busy signal from a company with an "on hold" message. Sure HomeEverything offers great pricing, but they immediately charge your account for the full amount without providing valid shipping dates. Can only imagine how long it will be before I get a refund."

1. The money saved purchasing this appliance on line with HomeEverything is definitely worth the wait. Too bad other people don’t understand that concept. If the priority of time supersedes money and quality, lay out the additional $400-$500 and have your local box store deliver it to your home.
2. Order delivery: There was a problem with delivery (a verified truck break down) that created a timing issue. HomeEverything customer service representative, Joe S. and the freight company worked out a solution to accommodate my schedule. Any glitches that accompanied this order were completely out of HomeEverything control, any reasonable person would waive HomeEverything of fault.
3. Order processing: Why the wait. Joe S. explained the retail and merchandise handling operations of HomeEverything. To support the deep discounts, HomeEverything brokers the deal with the manufacturer, limits it exposure by pre paying the manufacturer with your money to obtain the absolute best price and shares responsibility of the order timeline with the manufacturer and freight company. That’s good business; nothing nefarious.
4. I believe Joe S. did his absolute best to make lemonade out of a lemon and deserves the coveted 5*.
5. Will I do business with HomeEverything again? Yes! These guys are aggressive no- nonsense businessmen; they will work for you if you work with them. Just don’t expect them to be all warm and fuzzy if you need someone to hold your hand through the order process.

After 10 days without any news form Home everything I call , I was told that my order will be shipped on September 23 th . I began to check my order status on line - order is being prepared for shipment .
On September 28 th after finally losing patience due to the lack of response or delivery , I cancel my order by phone .
On October 6Th after checking my account for the credit , I call home everything and the answered that the they will credit next week October 13 .
I call again on October 28th and a person call Ritchie told that the credit will be made next day .
Today is November 8th and I haven’t received my credit .
