"I placed an order for a range on October 17th and am still waiting to receive the elusive "tracking number" informing me that my order has shipped. I was told my order would ship on October 27th, November 2nd, November 5th, and I just received an e-mail today informing me it will be shipped on November 11th. Of course they charged my credit card on October 18th. I sure wish I would have checked their rating with the Better Business Bureau and other rating websites before I placed my order. I would have NEVER ordered from them. The hassle is definitely NOT worth the minimal savings. If I could give some advice, I would say avoid this company at all costs.
Today is November 14th. I canceled my order on the 8th after speaking with Michael. He tried everything to try and get me to not cancel. Maybe if they would have tried this hard to deliver my range I would have had it by now. Now I get the unfortunate task of trying to get them to credit my card. I was promised it would be done by Friday, but once again the deceit continues. I have contacted the Better Business Bureau. I stand by what I said earlier. Do not do business with this company.
November 19th: My husband contacted Joe yesterday. He said he couldn't credit my card because it had been too long and I would have to contact my credit card company and do a charge back......however....he said if I would remove this review he would go out of his way and take care of it for me. When my husband told him that wasn't going to happen, he said that we would have to contact our credit card company. Seems to me they are in a way holding my money hostage until I remove this review, especially since they have the ability to credit my card but choose not to because I won't remove an honest review. Very unethical business practices!! "

"In Dec '09 I purchased an expensive Italian stove from Home Everything. The item arrived on time and in good condition. The driver even helped put the heavy stove in my garage. I was very satisfied with the purchase, but that is not what this review is about.
In Sep '10 the oven malfunctioned. My wife called the manufacturer for warranty service since the stove is covered for 5 years.
From the outset she received nothing but a runaround. One of the reps was angry because she called more than once. He told her not to call and that they would fix the stove "when they got around to it!" Finally, after three weeks of trying, the factory rep told her they would not fix the stove because they did not have a repair service man in the metro Las Vegas area.
I telephoned Scott at Home Everything and explained the situation. He was apalled at the treatment we had received. He volunteered to contact his factory rep and have the whole mess straightened out.
Within 48 hours the repaiman was at our door and the stove was fixed. Scott really went above and beyond to ensure we were satisfied with our purchase from Home Everything. Everyone is your pal when they want to sell you something. The after sale service is the true test. Home Everything and SCOTT are NUMBER ONE!"

"Good store, great prices, if you don't mind waiting almost a full month to receive your order. I ordered a washing machine on October 9th, 2010 (It was Saturday). I received a confirmation e-mail on October 12th stating I would get a shipping e-mail with a tracking number. A few days later I checked the HomeEverything site to find out that it could take 7-10 business days for a tracking number. 13 business days later I finally received my tracking number and an estimated delivery date. My washing machine was delivered on November 1st. Aside from the super slow shipping it was a good experience and the shipping was free after all."

My credit card was billed immediately.
9/22 recieved email that the shipping terminal would be closed due to a Jewish holiday and if I got in touch with them by 3pm that same day they could ship my order on the following Monday. I followed the link provided to have my order shipped as stated.
9/29 received auto reply of receipt to my email requestingmy order to be canceled since shipment had not occured as promised.
9/30 recieved email with phone instructions to cancel order.
10/6 recived email that order had been canceled.
10/7 I spoke with Carl on refund, he stated that I would recieve my refund in 7 business days.
10/15 I had not received my refund. I sent an email requesting my refund to be processed.
10/30 No refund, no email update regarding refund. Posted a bad review on ResellerRatings.
11/8 Spoke with Carl who said my refund would be on my statment the next day, he asked that I hold to speak with Joe as there was a "note" on my account that Joe wanted to talk with me. Joe asked what my issue was and then told me that Carl was being sent back to support 101 class. He asked if he gave me my refund would I remove this review. Uh, No, but I did offer to say he was appologetic and did refund my money. When Joe asked me why would I not agree to remove this review, I told him I have begged for my refund for 3 months, why should I remove a bad review after only 1 day of begging from him. I got a series of refund software issues as excuses, and was finally told my refund would be on my statement on Thursday 11/11/2010.
11/27 No refund, No email confirmation of refund. I am now contacting the Better Business Bureau.
12/2 - On 11/27 Not long after my last update to this review I received this email from Joe at HomeEverything.

One guess as to whether or not I have my refund or received any further email notifications. Yep! You guessed it, NO. Thanks Joe, instead of sending Carl back to Support 101, maybe you need to attend a best business practices class.
12/7/2010 Spoke to Carl, he assured me he would take my refund request to the refund department today for processing and it should only take a few days for the credit card company to refund me.
12/8/2010 My refund has been posted to my account! Yeah! Thank you Carl and Joe!"
"This is a great company to do business with. My original shipment is delayed. The customer service called me to follow up, very professionally. The product was delivered but with scratch. Another customer service helped me wiht the replacement, again very nice and polite.
Delayed shipment and damaged product is rare but I am very satisfied with their customer care. It will become one of my main online shops in the future. 5 stars!!"

"I ordered twice from Home Everything. The first time was in March of 2010. The item was an over the range convection-microwave oven - GE Profile. This order was filled promptly, shipped in the time frame committed and arrived in excellent condition. For me a very good experience.
My second order was in September and was for the filter to be used since the microwave was being vented into the kitchen. This order was delayed, customer service did not supply very good answers to my questions and it took a long time to receive the order.
Would I order from them again, yes. They have excellent pricing and I can usually wait on my orders. If it is an emergency need, I would call them first and get a shipment commitment from them before ordering."
"Uh-oh. Placed the order, fridge didn't come when they said, I started getting nervous. Contacted customer service, got a response that ignored what I asked about the promised shipping date, but they said it would be shipped in two more weeks. Next two customer service communication efforts were ignored. So I start looking at reviews and thought it was weird that there are only five star reviews and one star reviews, with nothing in between. Hmm, now why would that be? Could it be all the five star reviews are plants? Is that what the customer service agents are doing instead of answering phone calls? Already, it's not worth whatever money I may save, even if everything works out, which is not a safe assumption.
