"My order was from 3 different manufacturers. I received my orders all separately, but that is not the issue. The 3rd part of my order was postponed and no one from the company informed mi about that. I had to call 8 times to Homelement to keep up with the order. Tried to change the delivery address, they promised to make it up, however after staying a long day at home on the date of the delivery, I finally found out that the nightstands were delivered to the wrong address. By the way my order was placed July 13, and I got the furniture mid September. And never ever got an email form them to inform me about the delay.
Regarding the second part of the order, they sent me a wrong tracking number. When i tried to find out why doesn't the delivery company recognize my order number, it turned out that they have sent me a different freight forwarder's form with my order number on it.
VERY DISAPPOINTED with the way they do the business. The whole process and customer service is 0!!!!!"

"My experience with Homelement was wonderful. Not only was the order processed in a timely manner, the representatives went above and beyond to make sure that I received my couch on my moving day. Though they could not officially guarantee a delivery time, the representative called the fulfillment AND shipping company to estimate times lines and try and push my order through quickly. I don't know many other companies that will deliver a couch in under a week. In addition, the driver/delivery man who delivered the couch was actually on time! He also volunteered time out of his schedule to help me get the couch off of the curb (normally a $75 fee). What an exceptional company that goes above and beyond for their customers!

The shipping method itself was the only downside. The bedroom set that I ordered was "dropped off" in my parking lot space and we spent almost 5 hours unpacking it and trying to haul the furniture items inside. It's probably worth it for the discount you get, but it's just something you really have to be aware of and prepared to deal with. Overall, a good experience."
