"ordered a logitech harmony remote, got the order confirmation email, said 24-48 hrs for tracking... waited a month, no tracking, tried emailing, nothing until 3 emails later...Im wondering why it seems EVERYONES orders had a "glitch", waited 2 more weeks, filed a paypal claim, they magically produced a tracking number saying delivered. I asked them to follow up and file a claim with USPS, no response... Why am I responsible for the package if I wasnt sent the tracking so I could plan to expect it for delivery on a certain day?
Update 8/12: got an email from a CSR apologizing, and only offering a $5 store credit for the "inconvenience"..."

"I ordered a telephone from Ice Monkey. After I received it I relized that you could no just plug it into the a wall jack to make it work. I sent four emails to ice monkey requesting a RMA number before I finally got a return email. I sent the phone back on June 18th. I followed their instructions and I still have not gotten my refund.
UPDATE: since this post the issue has been resolved!!! I received my refund."
"I purchased a waterproof mp3 player. It was an open box item, (never mentioned in ads) and came in 4 plastic bags. I discovered the USB wire was frayed making the item useless, since it wouldn't charge nor connect to the PC. I emailed Ice monkey 3 times and never was able to get the needed RMA Nbr in order to return. So now I am out of the 20 bucks spent. Zero customer service, a total sham.

"i recently bought a webcam from Icemonkey.com for $6.99, great deal right? I ordered it on July 13th and got it on the 18th. i was happy to get it so quickly!! i set it up on my laptop which it fit the way i wanted it too!! got the software loaded and went to try it out on skype and skype wouldnt reccognize it, i tried downloaded other drivers from the brands website and none of them work, i think because none of them were compatible with windows 7. i contacted ice monkey about the problem and they responded quickly and refunded my money, even though it didnt work, i still will order from them again!!"

"Ordered a ring for $24.99 on 06-15-11. It was shipped out on 06-16-11. I tracked the package to Bridgewater, NJ. On 07-06-11, I emailed them and they responded that my account shows a NJ address and asked if I had my order sent to someone in NJ. I responded that I live in Texas, don't know anyone in NJ and that I had checked my account and both the billing and shipping address were addresses in TX. As of today 07-11-11, no response. And now when you click on the link to "contact us", it says the link is outdated. They don't list a phone number anywhere on their site. I emailed them again today asking for a refund. Let's see what happens. But I will never order from them again!!!"
"This is my review as of July 2 2011. So far my experience with icemonkey.com has been horrid. This is literally the worst experience I have had since the 90s with ecommerce. Someone is actually processing these guys credit card orders?
I ordered a HP photosmart M537 from them for 29.99 shipped. After 3 days I was wondering where my order was..no tracking number was sent, status was never updated from 'processing,' then voila, I received my order.
The camera was in a manilla envelope, with a laniard, usb cable, and instructions, absolutely no packing aside from the 1/16" bubble mailer. The 3.99 shipped camera case from amazon can withstand an earthquake with their packaging but this...well it would be a miracle if it didn't damage a CAMERA (PRECISION DEVICE) during shipment. (UPDATE* I changed shipping rating on reseller reports to "fair" ONLY because they did pay for return UPS shipping).
Obviously this was not a new item (or even refurbished), it was loose in a plastic bag, absolutely no oem box or packing on the camera. Nowhere on the website does it list "refurbished"
or "used and completely sh*t quality". THE LENSE WAS BROKE, You could see the camera had been TURNED On, the lens extended, then dropped on cement. The whole lens unit wobbles and does not zoom properly.
I don't know what I was thinking ordering from this company...they don't even have a phone number. This board is riddled with bad reviews.
I emailed them Sat July 2 about the broken cam..they are probably out of the office until July 5th. I am going to wait 48 hours after July 5th, attempt to contact them again, then file for a chargeback. This camera is 100% garbage along with their joke of "packaging" they choose.
Normally I wouldn't care, I would wait for their response before writing a bad review. But they failed in every aspect. The camera was used#1, broken- wasn't a manufactures defect #2, it was false advertising #3, and clearly damaged #4, what do they think no one will do anything about receiving broken merchandise?
UPDATE:
Contact was made July 5th in response to my e-mail (or my review here ;).
They provided me with a postage paid UPS return label. I am only about 15mi away from them, so within a few days, I had a full refund in my account (I guess a replacement was not available).
Other than that, I have to say, I am satisfied with my RETURN experience. I don't know if I will be back (unless they have a real good steal) in which case I would take the chance to order again.
No risk really...so they messed up a littl,e but they made it TOTALLY right. That is what makes a good company. A lot of companies would atleast make you PAY for return shipping...
NOTE TO SELLER:
I suggest you spend an exrta 50c per customer though and ATLEAST use some bubble wrap. It would have been a miracle if my camera arrived unharmed considering it was shipped loose in a crappy bubble wrapper nothing whatso ever besides 1/32 of bubble wrap seperating the camera from death.
****NOTE ABOUT A GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE REP THERE: I put that I would be "SOMEWHAT LIKELY" to shop there again. This is becuase of 1 person...
She is named Leah and is an asset to the company. I was set on steering WIDE & CLEAR away from this company, but after Leah delt with me both on the telephone (she called) & through e-mail (literally instant responses every time). If I shop there again, it is only because she is there and I do not feel completely helpless ordering from a company whos first impression is that they do not want to deal with customers (no contact tele #).
She deserves a raise or something..god only knows how many accounts she has saved with the shanigans they pull at the fullfillment warehouse.
In my opinion you guys would gain a lot of business paying someone to answer the phones, even if it was just to take a message down for the boss or something. It is kinda scary ordering from a company with no telephone number... the only thing protecting you is your visa chargeback power ;)

"I ordered 2 wireless routers from Ice Monkey and both of them arrived without the antenna. I initially had trouble trying to resolve this issue with Ice Monkey. They finally issued a prepaid shipping label and RMA to return them. After return, they promptly refunded money to my PayPal account.
