"I tried ordering a pair of mirrors from Arlen Ness. They take your money, they confirm your order, 2 months goes by, they never contact you after that. You contact them just for them to tell you, "oh you should have called us it takes 2 months for us to make those mirrors". So it's my fault?" Yo, Arlen, you didn't say that on your ad! So i ask for the refund. Disgruntled, I start checking other websites. I found that J&P cycles had the exact mirrors AND they claimed theirs were in stock. I rolled the dice & ordered them & low and behold they showed up! although one came from 1 location and 1 came from the other, they did what it took to fulfill my order!"
