" They sold me a part they didn't have in stock without pointing that out to me and then refused to notify me of it's arrival so we could expedite the shipping at my expense. I complained with a second call and then they agreed to expedite it at my expense before it arrived to them, which is something they previously said they could not do.
I usually check to see if an item is in stock. I can't say for sure if I did this time, but I think they should point that out and be more flexible with negotiating a remedy.
During the first call they said they would not be able to arrange expedited shipping because they wouldn't be able to catch it in time before it shipped out and told me to check back periodically to catch it myself."Really"
All I asked them to do was to expedite the shipping when it was scheduled regular ground because they caused a delay, and I am willing to pay the difference."
