"J&P was offering a 15% discount for Memorial Day. Of course, in the banner at the top of their home page, there was an asterisk. Clicking on the banner did not take me to the page with the fine print. So, I ordered what I wanted, assuming I would receive the discount. Well, $313 later I did not receive the discount because Most of what I ordered was exempt from the discount. If I had known that I could have moved the items that were discountable to the other order I placed that same night. And, not only were the tires I ordered not covered by the Memorial Day sale discount, they weren't included in the Dunlop Rebate advertised on the home page.
Last, I ordered a filter and oil change kit and I am STILL waiting for it.
Not that I would never shop here again; I'll buy from the site that has the best prices. Just asking for a little more transparency when it comes to discounts and rebates."
