"the swing arm bag itself was decent as expected, you have a decent reputation for the most part. the straps and instructions for mounting the bag puzzled one of us after the other until we gave up on the mounting instructions and used heavy-duty black zap-straps. (the ones in the kit didn't look strong enough anyway). Then to top it off UPS added a bogus extra 20.00 cod I had to pay to get the product on top of all the other (prepaid) charges (after dropping it off in town instead of here)!! The product was decent, the mounting system and instructions were very poor - and the shipper sucked. Other people since have told me they had the same problem with UPS ripping them off for extra money. All things considered - never again. "
