"I think the ordering process is quite easy and you have a great selection but I ordered a bag almost 10 days ago and it still hasn't shipped with no email explanation. If the item is not available or back ordered then I believe an email stating this fact is in order. Not sure if I'll order again"

"I placed a $40 order and called back 15 min. later to cancel the order and was told it had already been submitted and I could not cancel it, so, now I have recieved it and have to call and get a RMA to return it which I don't know what that will cost and maybe a resock fee. It has not been a pleasure. You must really need a forty dollar sale pretty bad or you dont have much of a customer service dept. Very unhappy Gary."

"It was hard to tell the sizes on the two sets of bulbs I ordered from the pictures. When they arrived they were completely different than I needed. Return shipping would have been more than the original price, so I just ate the $6. The ignition was just as expected though."

"I ordered two parts. A trailer hitch that fit perfectly and a wiring harness for the trailer wiring. The web site showed this harness to fit my bike to include year, make and model. Nope. "
