"Shipped things very fast. They had to back order 2 items, when I called to find out how long before they would ship I was told it would be about 4 weeks. the person I talked to was very friendly and answered all my questions. Then I checked my email this morning and there is a notice that my back order was shipped - that is only a week and a half - GREAT JOB. It is a pleasure dealing with JP CYCLES. I hadn't ordered anything for a few years, but I will order more in the future.

"The helmet I ordered was the wrong size [XXL], even though the box said it was the one I ordered [Small].
Got that corrected fairly fast and the correct one is a top notch helmet.
Then I ordered a La Pera two piece seat. I paid extra for 'Rush' shipping. Four days later I got the rear pillion in but not the front seat so I cannot put it on yet.
And, oh, the UPS guy said the shipment was regular ground mail. What the heck did I pay five more bucks for?
Received an e-mail from J&P that the front seat has not come in from the vendor yet. When I first ordered this twp piece seat the J&P site stated that both products were 'in stock'.
What gives, J&P.
I must say, even though I can't put on the rear section yet...without the front, the Le Pera finish is top notch also.

"Order and delivery were excellent. However, I was advised butt buddy product would fit/work with my model bike seat, but it does not. I could probably make it work, but would risk damaging bike or product. Box it was shipped in with product inside now "sit" in my garage."
