"I have ordered twice from J&P. Both times the order was screwed up. They have yet to correct their own error. The first time ordering they sent the wrong item to me. Their way to fix it was for me to pay them a second time for them to correct it. I was not about to pay them twice so I got in my vehicle and drove 3 hours to Anamosa to exchange my item. The next time was a recent order that I paid extra for overnight shipping. When I received my order it was not only the wrong parts but not even my order. What I received was supposed to go to Alaska. I live in illinois. No one knows where my order went. They are supposed to refund my credit card but I'm still waiting for that to happen. I have never had such bad service in my life not to mention they owe me money. Looks like a phone call to my attorney will be happening soon. GIVE ME MY DAMN MONEY BACK "
