"I was very satisfied with the customer service from J&P however I had one slight problem with my order which delayed it and that was they were looking for a bank statement from my bank before my shipment was approved I was unable to reach them on their international number but I found the live chat very useful to communicate through the statement that I had to provide was only for my first purchase I suppose they are trying to protect me and everyone from any fraud on my credit card so that is a good thing going forward I will not have this problem again as it was a bit difficult to obtain the statement apart from that their service was very good and I will be using them again for future purchases as the delivery time was quiet fast compared to others quality of the products are brilliant and technical info and instructions are also good I encourage everyone who buys products from J&P should review them and post them as it helped me make decisions on the products I bought. there were other products that I liked but I didn't buy because there was no review on them so its important to review the products you have bought thanks J&P for a great customer service I cant say good enough things about you looking forward to dealing with you guys again in the near future "
