"Ordered Vance and Hines Raider pipes for my Street Glide...when I opened the box I immediately noticed that 2 right pipes were packaged. I called J&P's customer service and explained the issues. I was told that the warehouse would call first thing in the am.... (Also sent several images detailing the issue) next day no call. I called customer service and explained the problem again, was told it would be 24-48 hours for a call back. Admittedly, a little annoyed with the "not our problem" responses at this point I began to ask the timeline questions...the responses were as follows: wait 24-48 hours for someone to call me back, then get instruction to either ship the entire system back or just one pipe, then wait for the QC department to inspect the return followed by manager "override" for possible overnight back out!? At this point I already decided to send the entire system back because I was not willing to accept further delay ony paid "rush" order. Actually received a call the next day from someone at J&P's telling me I need to contact Vance and Hines directly to solve the problem...I will NEVER order from J&P's again"

"I ordered tire wed, night got it Friday installed Friday night . No bull story of ordering the part problem from the repair guy with a high repair bill. I changed the part my self in one hour. The part was the front tire of my 2000 FLHT "
"I haven't received the items. The items still haven't been shipped and I have not received any updates from J&P Cycles. The order was placed 10 days ago, the shipping has been paid for and I should have the product already, but I do not. A courtesy email or call is standard in the industry when purchases that have been paid for cannot be delivered by the dates set by the motorcycle parts/gear company. Extremely Dissatisfied!"
