"I needed a button cap that cost 95 cents. They charged $7.99 shipping whether I ordered 1 or 100.

I ordered 4 since they were going to charge anyway. Might as well have a few extra, right?

They sent 3 buttons and an empty bag. Called them and they said they would send another one...still waiting.

I ordered a speedo cable, they told me guaranteed fit. It didn't fit. When I called them they told that it should, well it doesn't.

By the way; '79 Harley Iron Head Sportster 1000.

They said I could send the cable back but they would charge me $7.99 shipping and it wouldn't be worth it so I might as well keep it. They said, "Maybe I could use it on a different bike".

Huh? I guess I'll go buy one to fit that cable.

So...I order the speedo drive unit that's supposed to fit my bike.
Says it shipped 2 days ago but not showing up on tracking.

We'll see if these parts are compatible, I won't hold my breath.

I've probably spent more on shipping than the actual parts.

"I had accidentally ordered two rear tires for my motorcycle (I was focussed on size and had looked at a lot of tires online). One was supposed to be a front. I'm a little disappointed they did not catch that and inquire, but I still blame myself. When talking with service they didn't find a tire in my size and when I asked what I should do with just one tire, they glibly replied "well send them both back". That really wasn't helpfull. There are a lot of motorcycle part sales out there and I found what I needed elsewhere, cheaper, so I may not be back. With today's ever-expanding online market, customer service isn't what it used to be. I'd still prefer to deal face-to-face. People tend to be more helpful and polite when they have to look you in the eye. Overall, not a bad experience, but I didn't get what I needed and lost money in the process (return shipping). So I can't say it was a good experience either. But order fill was fast and accurate and I received my parts quickly. Caveat emptor."
