"The original process was great. Fast turn around, however not all of the purchased items were delivered. It appears in the inventory process the packaging was miss marked. Items recieved were suppose to be 16 each per package and I only recieved 24. Both packages were marked as 8 each per package and item order stated 16 per package. One package had 16 and the other 8. Accordingly each package should have been marked as 16 per package, thus containing a total of 32 items. I however was pleased with the reps support in correcting the mistake. Thank you. "
