"Very disappointed in this company. They cancelled my order because they ran out of stock and their system only updates once a day, according to customer service. I ordered a closeout helmet, so there is no chance of me getting my helmet unless I get a different color and double the price. I understand that stock issues happen, but communicate that to your customers. I never once received any form of communication regarding the cancellation. Had I not checked the status, I never would have known. Upon calling customer service I got the oh well treatment. The self-proclaimed "helmet guy around here" just wanted to sell me something else. A simple email would have gotten them a very loyal customer."
