"I was shipped the wrong part, I thought maybe I made the error and thought I would just keep the part for spare. I reordered the part I wanted using extra care and my shipment confirmation just came showing yet again I was being sent the same wrong part. I emailed customer service and am waiting a reply. We will see how this goes. "

"Ordered a helmet online and it said in stock, waited 2 weeks and kept checking the status it was still not delivered. Called costumer support and they said it was in back order, no one ever told us that, back order but it says in stock when we ordered it? Called again and I asked why would it say in stock when it actually wasn't, lady said that they do have it but there are 3 other people wanting the same one so pretty much I was on a waiting list. Didn't know about that again, they didntteve know when they will have it in stock!"

"The bulbs fir perfectly and the luggage rack i had to send back due to fitment, but called up and talked to a rep. he looked up the correct part and i have sent it back for an exchange. "

"Unfortunately I was unable to purchase the product do to the lack of supply. When i called to confirm the amount of wait time on the product, they could not give me a time frame. So therefore I cancelled my order. In the future I would suggest to list if the product is out of stock and offer and reply once the product is in stock so the order can than be placed."
