"the one item was out of stock and i think i got charged twice for shipping and no one said a word when i ordered. then the second part i received was missing a mounting nut, so that gives me something else to do trying to find the correct size. other than my slight bitching i guess things went as smoothly as can be expected in this new age ."

"I think the shipping costs are too high. Our dollar in Canada is a problem as it is...add shipping costs just add to that. Other US shippers are at least splitting shipping with us. I still haven't received the item which adds insult to injury. "
