"I ordered exhaust for my 2011 HD Crossbones and the delivery time said 2-3 weeks. Well, after that time passed I received an email saying that my exhaust would be on back-order indefinitely. I then called in and spoke to a J&P cycles customer service rep and asked how long was the exhaust on back-order, they said there was no way to know. I asked if they could contact the manufacturer to see how long and the customer service rep said no and that I'd just have to wait and see. That's BS! So I did their footwork and called the manufacturer myself and then found out that the exhaust that I had ordered was discontinued! If I would have waited like the J&P customer service rep said I should, I would've never received my exhaust! I had to change my order and get a different exhaust after waiting more than a month for my order. If you order something and get a back-order email, you'd better call customer service to find out what's going on and this may take you more than one call and you might have to do the work yourself. Buyer beware. "

"The item itself was in perfect condition and arrived quickly. However, it did not fit my 2006 H-D 1200XL Custom very well: I had to figure out a way to mix parts from the old headlight with the new headlight in order to ensure the headlight fit properly. I wish it just fit, or came with extra rubber gaskets to assist in this. I don't know if this is J&P's problem or Rivera Primo, the manufacturer."

"It wasn't the ordering that was the issue it was the shipping of the parts thru UPS. Even though i paid shipping and handling i still had to pay UPS another $50. to get he items once they got to Canada. Unfortunatetly i will not order through any company that uses UPS to deliver their products, "
