"Ordered 4 items on-line listed as "In Stock". Checked option "Ship Complete" as preferred shipment method to avoid back-orders or multiple shipments even though everything was shown as in stock. Gave specific address information in Ship To section so that I would get the order quickly to the correct address.
J&P Cycles shipped two shipments, one day apart without the proper address information on their shipping labels. Both orders were lost by the carrier and it took 4 days, hours of tracking time and an extra $21 to eventually get my order. Why do they give shipping options and take address information IF THEY AREN'T GOING TO FOLLOW YOUR INSTRUCTIONS? Why show items as In Stock if they are not?

It takes customer feedback to ensure we are maintaining the high levels of customer service and merchandise that J&P Cycles is known for. As a valued customer, it is this interaction that helps us to provide the world class customer service that J&P Cycles customers have come to expect. Occasionally, orders ship from different warehouses. We apologize that the order did not ship all together. Larger items, such as tires do ship separately so as to not cause damage to the remainder of the order.
