"1. Ordering on line it registered as a quantity of two, I only needed one but couldn't reduce the quantity.
2. I called phone sales to verify I was buying the proper item - when it arrived I discovered it was not (neither of the two items.)
3. I do not see, that I'm aware of, that I received my Gold Club Membership discount.
4. The two items are currently on their way back via UPS - I will have to re-order, re-wait for the item and re-install; a very inconvenient procedure."

I ordered my windshield and hand grips on Tuesday and the parts were delivered on Friday afternoon. Had everything installed in 30 minutes with no problems whatsoever.
