"Everything worked out well but would have been excellent with better communication. I placed the order online and was disappointed when I was not offered the option of express shipping. I used the online chat option and asked about the express shipping. The first response was that there was a computer glitch but my order should go out the next day. The person asked me to wait a minute and they would double check. Unfortunately we were disconnected. I logged on again and the second person seemed to be annoyed by my asking but said one part was not in stock and my order would be shipped when the other part was received. I asked for an idea when that would be, 3-5 day maybe. I got the majority of the order a week later and the last part on the following day. 45 restoration sells the gear I needed 25% cheaper but told me up front they were out of stock. Oh well, in the future I will not use the computer to order but will call. If I have to wait regardless I will go with the best price because I have given up on measuring customer service and I am only as loyal as a vendor is to me and that is all based on money. "
