"bought a quick release for a helmet, they put their bar code dead center of installation instructions, had to look up on line. poor description of helmet i purchased, sent that back. won't shop there again "

"I was promissed (and paid for) a 3 day delivery for my purchase. This was crucial because I don´t live in the US and a carrier would bring the item to me. After checking on UPS website that the item was not delivered in time, I contacted JP by chat and was told that nothing could be done and that I would be reimbursed in case the carrier would leave the US before getting the package. I find it a poor solution. First, if I pay for an expedite service, and if by any reason JP can´t accomplish that, the least I expect is the reimbursement of the extra fee. I consider myself a regular JP client, considering that I live in Brazil not in the US, but this time, I felt that very little care was given to me. "
