"I was over changed but. J&j finally got it fixed. But after I was caused financial problems. I felt for my troubles if you want me to continue shopping at J&j you could give me a membership as your apology. I was put in a embarrassing position due to your mistakes. I had to barrow money to pay a bill that was due and that was on you. If nothing else you need to train your staff properly. Have a better Day and God Bless. In response to your commitment to my feedback. The bottom line is you messed up my account and I was inconvenienced due to your employees. And I did have one of your reps, handle the matter. But the issue was still there. It should not have happened at all. And by the way the items I bought was just what I needed I am happy 100% with the product. Very unhappy with you.
